Wonderful deck view of Molokai and Lanai, close proximity to top beaches and shops/restaurants at Whaler's Village as well as nearby grocery store and restaurants in Honokowai. Quiet atmosphere at night. Highly recommended!

The location was great. It had a nice little beach with a couple turtles on it occasionally. The view of the ocean was fantastic. We saw several whales from our balcony. There were plenty of food trucks near by for different food options.

Nohonani 201 was a lovely two bedroom unit. Super convenient to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Great to have two full bathrooms. When the kids came up from the pool, it was easy to strip them down in the front bathroom and put all their wet suits and towels in the shower. Right above the pool was a great location. Ocean views from the lanai, living room and master bedroom were unobstructed. Got to watch whales breaching from the comfort of our vacation home. Kitchen well equipped. Full size refrigerator. No complaints of any kind!

Spectacular view and location

As alluded to, the view of the ocean from the condo and the location were absolutely the best. As promised, sea turtles and whales were a daily sighting. Being able to walk to the beach/park every evening for the sunset, the local coffee shop and the food trucks was an added benefit. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Great location

Could not have asked for a better view, condo was very clean and well kept. Complex was quiet and friendly. Only complaint I have is there are tiny ants in the kitchen, but it is an island and I’m assuming it’s hard to control with windows and doors open to the ocean breeze every day. Great location

Our stay was great. Property is in a great location. Loved having the little beach right beyond the pool. No AC was not a big issue- but having AC would have made the stay even better- sleeping would have been better. The condo could use a deep cleaning. Yes the bathrooms were cleaned but the detail cleaning needs attention. Overall I would recommend to stay here.

Awesome family vacation

This condo has a stunning view of the ocean! The sound of the ocean from the room was so peaceful although could get a little loud at night but was still well worth the view. The property and room were clean and very well kept. Having a washing machine to keep up on laundry was a great bonus and helped up pack lighter for the trip. My kids loved the place and we would happily come back again.

Great Place To Stay

My family rented this condo for 8 days. It was in a perfect location with the beach right outside so we could snorkel every morning. We were also able to have breakfast outside every morning and see the whales. The condo was clean and had extra towels, beach toys, chairs and more. The condo was in a great location close to grocery stores, restaurants and a food truck park. We used the washer and dryer in the unit and it worked great. We would love to stay here again! You cannot go wrong with this condo.

Perfect stay

The condo looks the same as the pictures and was clean. Location could not be beat! You can step from the condo to the pool or the ocean. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean. There is no AC, so it got a bit hot on some days, but the condo had lots of fans. Really appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler. Lots to do within walking distance. Try the food trucks!

It was perfect for a quick dip in the ocean and snorkeling in your own backyard. We loved watching the sea turtles swim by (we called it the "turtle highway") and even a group of dolphins. Only negatives were the queen bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were flat.

The condo itself could use some upgrades as the Master bedroom mattress is very old and uncomfortable (we both sank in the middle and it was very bouncy when someone moved) we couldn’t sleep through the night especially with no air conditioning. If anything the pictures really undersell the experience...you are right on a private beach which, while small and perhaps not where you want to spend your full beach days, is still a great place to relax for a few hours or take a dip in the ocean. And the turtles...we saw turtles swimming by just about every day.There is a pool which is very warm and a great way to refresh in non salty water. We spent each sunset having a drink or dinner on our balcony, the view was fantastic. This is definitely a place we'd stay again.

Unit had everything we ever needed including beach chairs, cooler, and boogie boards. Can’t get any closer to the water or better views I don’t think. Watched whales all the time out front and turtles coming up to the beach in front. Pool was great to cool off after hot days at the beach. Location provided walkable options for eating as well. Some folks commented that they were worried about no AC, but it really wasn’t an issue with the breeze and fans... ocean waves crashing most of the time. Check in and out was a breeze and I would stay here for sure when we return to Maui. Also 3 other families in our group stayed in other nohonani units and felt the same.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The suite is as it appears in the photos. The view is great and the location on the island was perfect for us. We were able to snorkel off the beach and get to nearby snorkelling areas. The big disappointment was in the cleanliness of the suite. Clearly they only cleaned superficially because when we pulled out the couch to set up the bed we found food underneath. In addition, in the bedrooms there were clothing items and garbage left from previous guests. The kitchen was also very dirty. Dried on food on surfaces. We stay in rentals all the time around the world and we have never encountered such a poorly cleaned suite. It was disappointing that we had to spend our vacation time cleaning the place.

We saw sea turtles every day while sipping morning coffee or evening cocktails. We enjoyed using the community grill and dining outside.The small sandy beach is perfect for sunning, a walk or easy access to the water. There are beach chairs and a cooler provided on the condo lanai, and inside abundant towels for the beach and bathing. With the beach so close, it was soothing to fall asleep to waves. The pool was warm and cleaned every morning. The permanent residents of the condo were very friendly.From the condo we walked to Bad *** Coffee, Island Living Gifts, Boss Frogs, ABC Store, The Beach Club Restaurant (at Aston Kaanapali Shores) and Food Truck Park.Having a washer/dryer in the unit was great! Made it easier to pack light, and we went home with a suitcase full of clean clothes. 🌺Mahalo

Owners are untruthful and Listing is not specific

Got there around 5ish. We had 6 adults and rented 2 vehicles. Was never informed that there was a 1 car limit until we got in the unit. I called Bree and asked her why werent we advise of this prior to us renting. She apologized and i asked her does she have any open spots and she said no. She was going to call a property down the road and i can park my van there. Went there on business due to us owning our own roofing company. Stayed there for 23 days. The condo wasnt cleaned well. I lift up the carpet to sweep the floor and there was a pile of sand that came out. The neighbors were falsely accusing us of smoking pot more then once. Mind you we were the ONLY LOCAL family there. We had guest over which was my grandchildren and Bree said we can have guest but the amenities were only for the guest. Which doesnt make sense. They were complaining about the kids being in the swimming pool. Complaining about us bar b quing hamburger patties and we took the tank from the other grill and that was stealing, when another guest took it because our grill had no gas. Very PETTY... Other than that the view is BEAUTIFUL. The owners there are racist so be careful.

This is unfortunate that you expressed this experience. The property is definitely welcoming to all visitors although you had an average of 8 guests in the condo and being a 2 bedroom the max is 6. Also, parking lot is small and an additional spot was never discussed. The condo was left very dirty and required extensive cleaning. There was confirmed pot smoking multiple times.
