Cozy Cottage

Jamaica Beach is a unique community located on Galveston's West End. It is a small-town community with full-time residents as well as visitors who appreciate the scenic sunsets, the quiet streets for walking/bicycling, and the friendliness of everyone.

Our beach house is located conveniently near the bird sanctuary, Galveston St. Park, and the beach. Jamaica Beach has its own new public pool with a huge shallow area for the kids. Admission fee is $5/day per person with children under the age of six being admitted free with parents. The boat launch is only blocks away with the convenience of a sandwich shop, grill, hardware store, Red Box, and a small grocery store nearby.

The Cozy Cottage is a free-standing studio-plan (open, no interior walls). The cottage is surrounded by palm trees. There is one queen-sized bed. There are living/dining areas, and a convenient sized kitchen. Ideally, the cottage would be a quiet getaway for a couple of friends or that significant other. If needed, there is a sofa bed.

Towels/linens are provided along with paper towels and toilet tissue. The kitchen is adequately supplied with a coffee pot, microwave, and dishwasher. For cooking, dishes and cookware are also available. The electric stove and the refrigerator are new.
