**5/30 ATTENTION: Beginning August 2025, an important restoration project will be underway. The project includes repairs to balconies, walkways, building exteriors, stairways, and concrete surfaces. Please be advised that if your booked dates fall on dates that require your unit to be closed, we may need to move your reservation to an alternative property if available. Expect noise from construction during daytime hours as early as 8am, limited access to certain outdoor areas, temporary closures to stairs and walkways for safety repairs, visual work zones in progress in common areas, possible dust and debris, and pool, hot tub, parking area, and common area closures. We apologize for any inconvenience!

Water View #206 is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo that accommodates 6 guests. Go on vacation and live the Florida beach lifestyle! From the balconies, you have a full view of the heated pool, which hosts sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a hot tub, and a grill for cooking out! Cross the road to private beach access and within minutes you can sink your feet into the sand and soak up the sunshine at Indian Shores. It has a closet full of all the beach necessities! Load it in the beach wagon and off you go! Water View #206 has everything you'll need.
Walking in you will find a nook with a desk and chair. The kitchen and dining room open up to a spacious living area where everyone can relax while hanging out inside. Friends and family can gather while making dinner and watching a movie. Enjoy the Florida decor and plantation shutters. The master bedroom is furnished with Bohemian colors and unique accessories! A King-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. You have a private entrance to the Balcony.
Kitchen: Refrigerator w/ ice and water in the door, stove/oven, granite countertops, microwave, dishwasher, a Keurig coffee maker and a drip coffee maker, 2 slice toaster, blender, and a pantry. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: Glass top table with seating for 4 and 2 barstools at the breakfast bar.
Living Room: Sofa and loveseat, 2 chairs, large TV, coffee table with 2 end tables, ceiling fan, sliding doors with plantation shutters leading out to the balcony overlooking the heated pool.
Office Nook: Desk and chair.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King-size bed with 2 nightstands, a dresser, a ceiling fan, a TV, an armoire, a chair with a small table, a walk-in closet with a luggage rack, sliding doors to a balcony hosting a small table and chairs overlooking the heated pool, and an ensuite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): The master bath has a double vanity, a tub/shower combination, and a hair blow dryer.
Bedroom #2: Has a Queen-size bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a nightstand, a wicker dresser, a chair, and a TV.
Bathroom #2: Single vanity with step-in shower and a hair blow dryer. A Jack and Jill door is connecting to the 2nd bedroom.
Laundry Closet: Stackable washer and dryer.
Beach Closet: Wagon, 6 beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, towels, beach toys, and fishing poles.
*Elevator on property! This unit is on the 2nd floor.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This unit provides 1 parking space. Guest parking is limited and on a first come first serve basis, located at the front of the building by the road.

Within walking distance, you will find some of the best area restaurants and ice cream shops, as well as beachwear shopping locations. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World, downtown Disney, and other Orlando theme parks are approximately two hours away.
