This was truly a great place. Location can’t be beat as the beach was only a 2-3 minute walk which was very important to us when young kids and there was plenty of stuff in both walking and driving distance. My kids loved watching people fish off the pier and it was great hanging out on the balcony. The condo had everything for families- a pack n play, high chair, beach chairs, beach umbrella, wagon, beach toys, noodles and floaties, and even a cooler! Would definitely come back.

Amazing trip

Beautiful property, enjoyed our stay. Some construction happening on the property, but the condo was amazing and the view from the balcony was great! Short walk to the beach and a lot of great local places nearby!

Great place

Right across from the beach, they had a cart to make it easier to bring chairs , umbrella and anything you needed to the beach. Check in was smooth, and condo had everything needed to enjoy our stay.

Charming home with beautiful view.

This home is so beautiful, comfortable and full of amenities. The view is spectacular and the beach access is just across the street. It couldn't be more convenient. There are plenty of restaurants water activity rentals close by. A wonderful place for a relaxing vacation.

Location, location, location!!!

The location of this condo is awesome! Close to everything to have a wonderful time… at night quiet and peaceful. Beach is right across the street just steps away. My only negative would be cleanliness. I would hire new cleaning company.

Beacy family vacation

We enjoyed the tastefully decorated condo and the cleanliness. Great care was taken in the presentation and welcome feeling when entering. We enjoyed hours at the beach and the ease of getting there given the condo provided boogie boards, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and a sago to haul everything. It was a breeze and we were so thankful to have access to these extras. We cooked many meals in the well-stocked kitchen. The location with its view of the intercoastal waterway from our balcony and private dock made for the relaxing part of our vacation in-between daily excursions. Our first experience using VRBO was a positive one!

Perfect location!

My family had a wonderful stay at this condo June 26-July 3, 2021. The location was perfect with the balcony facing the intercostal water and private beach access directly across the street from the buildings. If you can’t be gulf front this is the next best thing! Condo was very well equipped. Everything we needed was already there. Beds were comfortable and we really liked the little alcove with the futon for extra sleeping options. Living room furniture could use updating but was sufficient. Only complaint is that the floors were pretty sandy when we arrived. It’s the beach though so it kind of stays that way! We loved seeing dolphins daily from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Enjoy the Inland Water Way

The Kitchen was well supplied, the stove was a problem the clock was difficult to read. The contract noted that the renter kept the thermostat 73 degrees, which we did. With warm days it went up to 73 but in colder days we had no heat - one morning the temp was 62! We called the office with no response! Other condo's we've rented had a thermostat where one could slect cool or heat!

Great place to get away and relax.

The condo itself was clean, bright and cheery. We especially enjoyed watching the boats go by during the afternoon on the ICW. The entire complex was very clean and the greenery was a pleasant change from late autumn up north. Our mornings were spent walking on the beach, which is right across the street, followed by time at the pool. The pool, by the way, is large enough to swim laps or for kids to have a good time. There are many great restaurants within a couple of miles, most of which offer outside dining. All in all, this was a great place to spend a few weeks.

Perfect location

The condo was clean and in a perfect location.Traveling to a condo that had all the beach toys, beach chairs and towels was the best; we literally only had to bring the suntan lotion! The condo is a short walk to dinner at Caddy's Pub and then dessert at Haze Ice Cream Shop - makes for a perfect evening.

Fishing, Beach, Sunsets and tons of stuff!

We loved everything about our stay. The unit had several items for us to enjoy at the beach and the pool. Great location to walk to multiple restaurants, and cross the street to the beach for beautiful sunsets. My husband enjoyed fishing from the private dock each evening. This unit had so many resources for us to use.. Beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, and anything you can image. It was a great vacation, and would come again.

Wonderful location

Loved everything about our stay. Weather mostly great but had a couple of pretty cool days, however, the heated outdoor salt water pool and hot tub made up for that. The unit was very comfortable and had everything. Just had to cross the street to the beautiful beach and sunsets. It was was lovely to sit on the balcony overlooking the inland waterway either during the day or night. Great restaurants, coffee and ice cream within walking distance. Hope to vacation there again.

Had everything we wanted!

We loved everything about our stay and can't wait to return. The property had everything on our wish list, water view, easy beach access, hot tub and washer & dryer in the unit. The direct intracoastal view is beautiful. There was always something to see, but at the same time it was peaceful. At night the moon shining on the water was stunning. Just a short walk across the street and we were on the beach watching the sunset. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was available. There are restaurants within walking distance, but driving in the area is easy and stress free. The property manager was easily accessible and flexible. We plan to be back and would recommend to couples or families.

Couldn't have been Happier!!!!!

The Location, the View, the Property !!! This spot has it all !! The View is as advertised, I enjoyed sitting on the balcony, watching the boats on the inter-costal. The ocean beach, the sunsets all wonderful. Restaurants within walking distance. This could be a hide-away vacation or an active vacation, whatever fits the bill. I will be planning more vacation time at WaterView!!!!

Yearly getaway 2016!

Just back from our yearly get away before the sniw flys uo here in New England! Stayed at Water View in Indian Shores unit 103. Property is extremely comfortable, very tastefully decorated soft beach colrs. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need for those days that you cook in. But should you decide to eat out unit is within walking distance of several local pub style restaurants (one about a block away - and several within a mile or so). This is the 4th trip made down to this area, I have to say this unit has the best overall options. On the channel side breath taking sunrises to enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony, with additional views of dolphins swimming through ( 6 out of the 8 mornings we had the pleasure). Beach is directly across the street, unit has beach chairs,towels and toys should you want to use them. This is the first unit we have rented that actual offered these items, it was great not having to go out and purchase towels so we could enjoy our swim at the beach. Unit was spotlessly clean and is well maintained. Grocery stores, sightseeing and points of interest are all within just a short drive away or jump on the bus that runs all day from John's Pass to Clearwater. The complex offers a pool with hot tub with plenty of lounge chairs and table with chairs. The unit manager checked in with us shortly after arriving to make sure we were all set or needed any thing, also after we returned home to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Management staff is exceptional. Already planning next year's trip, defiantly found the place to keep coming back too! (Only took us 4 different trips this place is a keeper!!)

Best vacation

We stayed in this Condo in September. The condo is in a great spot, with private access to pristine beaches. The unit is in great condition with spotless cleanliness and comfort. We were able to find almost everything we needed in the condo, from beach chairs to umbrellas, beach toys. etc. The manager thought about everything you would need to make your vacation an unforgettable one. I cannot talk enough about the beauty of the view you can enjoy from the balcony of the condo. We will be back.

Wonderful Time!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The beach is literally the best we have ever been at with calm waves and sugar white sand. The home was stocked with beach toys, umbrellas and chairs which made it easy. We also fished from the private dock and saw manatees and dolphins just about every day. We ate at the Pub restaurant and the Salt Rock Grill within walking distance and the Lighthouse donuts shop down the street had wonderful pastries. My favorite activity was just sitting on the balcony watching the boats go by. We will definitely be back soon.
