This home sleeps up to six guests between four well-appointed bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and flat-screen TV. The second guest bedroom has a comfortable full-size bed. And the third guest bedroom has a queen bed and flat-screen TV (Directv Stream Choice 125+ digital HD channels w/Cinemax, Showtime, Starz, HBO Max).

EXTRA AMENITIES

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi (download speed up to 1200 Mbps, upload speed up to 200 Mbps, unlimited data), a washer/dryer, and air-conditioning. Parking is available for two cars (one in the garage and one in the driveway).

THE LOCATION

Ideally located in Cottonwood Heights, known as the 'city between the canyons' due to its ideal location at the foot of the Wasatch Mountains. This amazing valley location gives you unspoiled mountain views in every direction!

If you are a skier/boarder, staying in the Salt Lake valley means you are free to explore the many resorts in the area, instead of being committed to just one. Both Big Cottonwood Canyon (Brighton and Solitude) and Little Cottonwood Canyon (Alta and Snowbird) are only 15 minutes away. Park City and Deer Valley are about 40 minutes away.

Millcreek Canyon is a great place for hiking, biking and rock climbing and is a short drive. The Salt Lake International Airport is about 15 minutes from the property.

Parking notes: Parking is available for up to two cars (one in the driveway and one in the garage).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
