Your comfort is very important to us, and we regret that the cabin was not presented at the level of cleanliness we hold ourselves to. We have already addressed this with our housekeeping team to ensure the floors are properly cleaned and that a broom and mop are always available for guests. Regarding the outside leak, maintenance has been notified and the issue is being resolved to prevent future inconvenience. We also have pest control scheduled regularly and will make sure additional treatments are done to prevent spiders. We truly appreciate your input as it helps us improve, and we hope you’ll consider staying with us again so we can provide the welcoming experience you deserve.
