Beautiful house with lots of space and rooms for many people to stay. Everything was great! Only complaints is that we couldn’t find an address on the house anywhere, so it was somewhat difficult to identify and make sure it was the correct house.

Fantastic property a 5$ Uber ride to down town

Staying here made for a perfect trip to Grand Rapids, the house is spacious and clean with a large living room and porch. The host was attentive and made the rental process easy. We were able to get wherever we wanted in town with a quick and affordable Uber ride.

Great weekend getaway!

This house was the perfect getaway for a long weekend in Grand Rapids! It was spacious and accommodating for a larger group with plenty of room to entertain. The game room was also a fun space to hangout in. Overall, it was central to all of the activities we had planned nearby & we had a lovely stay. Highly recommend!

Done what we needed for a work trip, but could use minor improvements.

The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the place was well-appointed overall. The parking is marginal, though, the driveway in is very rough, and parking in the back while only being able to unlock the front door is very inconvenient.

Unexpected delight!

Totally unexpected surprise! The house looks unassuming, but has so much character inside! Great use of space & plenty of room for gathering. Comfortable sleeping arrangements in 4 bedrooms & 2 upstairs bathrooms to accommodate multiple guests. Downstairs powder room too!

Spacious & Clean House in a Convenient Location

This property was everything we needed - lots of space for the 9 of us; super location, near to parks, downtown, stores, etc.; great walking neighborhood; clean with comfortable beds and community spaces; stocked kitchen with the necessities to cook in when wanted. Provision of children's things was helpful too (highchair, some toys). Would stay there again if we go back to the area.

Our host made sure that our stay was well appointed. The attention to detail on the property surpassed expectations and I was pleasantly surprised with how our host accommodated our unexpected change of plans. The host didn’t provide me with a text to give me information on door codes or check out. The “app” provided didn’t direct me to a viable platform. I have an updated Apple phone so that wasn’t the problem. We enjoyed our accommodation but found that the hallway shower was so touchy “ it was giving us scalding showers. The kitchen refrigerator was the best thing about the rental!

Great house located near Wealthy Street

A great house with enough rooms for a group of 8+ (very comfortable beds) including communal spaces. Game room provided additional entertainment and the kitchen had the essentials. Located 3 minutes from Wealthy Street and 5 minutes from downtown. Neighborhood itself is a little noisy at night, bring some sound machines.

Fun beautiful home

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was nicely decorated and even had a game room which was a fun extra space that we actually used! All the rooms in the house were very spacious! One full bathroom was a little small, but super cute and went with the style of the home. We had 8 adults (4 were our adult children) and had more than enough room. We would definitely stay here again! Property manager was excellent and very communicative. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful

This property was great. It met all our needs given that we had a wide age range and there were many of us. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms great and plenty of room to watch TV. The game room was great for the older children and gave them a place to be after dinner meals. Our host was v very responsive and helpful. If you are looking for a "home" for a larger family I highly recommend!!

Great for big families!

The game room provided great fun for all! I would like to have had better kitchen equipment to work with. We were cooking dishes to take to Thanksgiving and the cookware options were limited. Devonnte was great and even came to change a smoke alarm battery during our stay.

Eating area off the living room opens to a large kitchen with updated appliances and a huge deluxe island with ample seating for your group. A 1/2 bath off the kitchen, along with laundry room.
