Come enjoy a fun filled stay in the woods in our three-bedroom home with large bonus space on the 8th fairway of Prospector Golf Course. You can relax by stargazing in the hot tub, savoring a drink around the fire, cooking delicious meals in our gourmet kitchen or playing corn hole in the yard. In addition, be entertained with Sonos equipped indoor/outdoor speakers and a 77-inch OLED TV.

We offer 10am check-in and 5pm check-out so guests can fully enjoy their time in Suncadia. We are very flexible with this, so if you need additional flexibility, just ask us :)

***Our property does NOT allow access to the swimming pools and fitness centers due to resort rules regarding private rentals. Therefore, you will not be charged the $75/night resort fee.***

Our home is located on the 8th fairway of Prospector Golf Course. It is a new modern home built in 2019. It has a large master bedroom with a king bed and two additional bedrooms – one with a king and one with a queen bed. There is also a large bonus room with three twin trundle beds that can comfortably sleep three adults or six children.

The main level has an open floor plan and a large, well-stocked kitchen. The kitchen features an indoor grill and griddle, steam oven, and large butcher block island. The outdoor area is a beautiful setting overlooking the golf course with a fire pit, grill and hot tub. Our home is a great place for family gatherings, golf and spa trips or to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Our Tesla charger is available for guest use.

We offer a washer, dryer and laundry detergent. Our driveway comfortably accommodates five vehicles.

For families with kids, we offer pack n plays, a stroller, a high chair, and multiple toys, games and books. Our house is a five-minute walk to a playground.
