A Little Bit Of Heaven MIBC115 offers all the amenities for a vacation getaway! Situated in a lovely locations with a boardwalk to beach, fish cleaning station, heated community pool and hot tub. This two bedroom condo is located on the 2nd floor, with no elevator access. It has stylish and flaring décor. When you enter the living area you are welcomed with a flat screen TV where you can watch your favorite shows. This spacious area has a sleeper sofa and twin chair sleeper with plenty of room for entertaining. From the living room you are greeted by the dining area, breakfast bar and kitchen. There is enough seating for six with three more at the breakfast bar. During the day to soak up some sun or later enjoy the evening to witness the amazing color display splashed across the southern sky as the sun slip below the horizon on the spacious patio.
Parking for 2 maximum.
Sorry, golf carts are not allowed.
Boats and trailers are NOT allowed.
This is a smoke free property.
Short walk to the beach via boardwalk. There are also a few places to park your car at the entry of the boardwalk.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days
