Bring the whole crew. The Gameroom House is a spacious, fully-loaded home in a quiet Norman neighborhood — perfect for game day weekends, family visits, reunions, or anyone heading to OU. With room for up to 10 guests, a dedicated gameroom, private fenced backyard, and a 70" TV setup that rivals any sports bar, this is your home away from home.

The star of the show. A dedicated room with its own smart TV, Xbox Series S with Game Pass, ping pong table, and darts. Whether it's kids burning energy or adults settling scores, the fun never stops.

🛋️ Living & Sleeping
Three large bedrooms with luxury mattresses, premium pillows, and fresh linens — plus two queen-sized pull-out sofas for the full group of 10. The main living room features a 70" Smart TV with Sony Soundbar, cable (including ESPN), and all your streaming apps. Game day has never looked this good.

🍳 Kitchen & Dining
Fully stocked and ready to cook — pots, pans, full dish set, wine glasses, bourbon tumblers, cocktail shaker, blender, crock pot, and a sharp knife set. Coffee maker with filters and Keurig pods provided, plus an electric kettle for tea drinkers. Essentials for short stays are included: dish soap, paper towels, laundry pods, hand soap, and Dove shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Staying longer? You may need to restock a few items.

📝 Note: High chair, pack-and-play, and outlet plugs are not provided — bring your own if needed.


🔥 Outdoor Space
Step outside to a private backyard with a 6-ft privacy fence — plenty of room for kids to run around. Set up a cornhole tournament, grill on the propane BBQ, or gather around the wood-burning firepit with patio furniture. (Note: the indoor fireplace is decorative only.)

Tucked in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood just a few blocks from OU campus. The stadium is 1.4 miles away — easily walkable, or grab an Uber or campus scooter. Near Riverwind Casino, Sam Noble Museum, and all of Norman's dining and entertainment.

Free parking for up to 6 vehicles — 4 in the driveway, 2 curbside. One-car garage also available.

- Turn off all lights, TVs, and ceiling fans
