Complete with all the modern amenities to keep you relaxed and comfortable, but with all the charm & character of a historical home. This home can sleep up to 10 people comfortably. So, there is room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a home cooked meal. There's plenty of outdoor space to unwind after a long day! (Centrally located in Abilene)

Our stay at this house was great. It was clean, nicely decorated, beds were comfortable, ac kept the house cool, and check in was easy. Brett checked in on us a few times and would quickly respond back if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Adorable House

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It is so cute inside and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. We had two couples and a family of four all stay very comfortably. We will definitely stay again next time we are in town.

Great home for our family get together

Emmy’s cottage is beautiful. We had our sisters and brothers reunion at this exceptional home. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was peaceful to sit on the patio under the tree with the birds singing all around us. The host gave us wonderful recommendations on place to eat around us

Family birthday celebration

The house was comfortable, clean and in a great location. The property owner was friendly and got back to us quickly when we needed a battery replaced in the smoke detector. We loved our stay here.

Mini reunion with our senior mother/nanny

From reservation to check-out our host was attentive! Our visit to Abilene was made even more special with these comfortable and very "homey" accommodations. Great central location for our family time together. Whether for business or pleasure, I highly recommend "Emmy's Cottage"! :)

Family Visit for Family Weekend

A great house for visits to ACU with extra family. Very comfortable home for visiting our college kids, and bringing Aunt, Uncle and Cousins for an ACU football game. Plenty of space for hanging out and everything was very cozy. Great host! Thank you so much.

Wonderful place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Emmy's Cottage. We were in town to see our daughter perform in a production at The Paramount Theatre, and this was a great location for it! My husband, son, parents, and niece were included in this trip, and we had plenty of room for everyone. We took the kids to the waterpark conveniently located just a few blocks away. The house was just as described and pictured. I'd love to pick the house up and bring it back to live in! Brett was a great host and communicated quickly and easily. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future!

Wonderful historic home

We loved this home from the moment we walked in! So much attention to detail has been given in decorating this property. It is very comfortable and well stocked for everything a family needs for a stay away from home. It also has a relaxing deck space and private back yard, which was a great place to enjoy morning coffee. I feel like everywhere we needed to go was within 5-15 minutes away. The host was very responsive and maintained excellent communication from booking to checkout. If you are coming to Abilene with a family or group of friends, this house is perfect!
