This is an excellent single-story house, in the Mar Azul condominium, with great infrastructure in Guarajuba, it consists of 4 bedrooms (1 suite), all with air conditioning and fan, living room and kitchen. It has a wonderful outdoor area with a balcony, large swimming pool and gourmet area with barbecue.

We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge a light fee for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$1500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

The rooms are composed as follows:

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, 1 single mattress, split air conditioning and fan;

Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, 2 single mattresses, split air conditioning and fan;

Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, split air conditioning and fan;

Suite 1: 1 king bed, 1 single bed, closet, split air conditioning and fan.

The condominium has complete infrastructure, offers a sports area with a grass and sand soccer field, a playground and 24 hour security.

Located in Guarajuba, where it has one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast of Bahia and which recently won the Blue Flag certificate, one of the most recognized eco-labels in the world and which only 14 beaches have achieved. This symbol represents that there is a sustainable tourism combined with the intense preservation of the environment. For this achievement, the beaches went through a long prerequisite process that lasted more than 1 year, from the assessment of water quality to environmental management.
