Relax in comfortable furnishings amid a clean and airy getaway after a day of hiking the desert or Zion, golfing one of Mesquite's world class courses, adventuring miles of UTV trails, or lounging at the pool. Our high quality mattresses and linens will coax you to deep sleep, readying for more Mesquite fun. With stocked kitchen and bathroom, packing is a breeze. Cook at home on our electric grill or grab nearby local eats and enjoy a beverage while enjoying sunset colors on the mountain.
* Unless you have made your reservation on Airbnb, there will be a security deposit HOLD of $300 during your stay. Your card should not be charged unless there are damages or extra cleaning found after checkout.
*This comfy condo accommodates 6 guests with very comfortable sleeping arrangements. The primary suite with adjoining bath gives privacy and relaxation. High quality mattresses, linens, and airy decor will pamper you as you enjoy a great night's sleep. The flexible sleeping set-up makes it versatile with a choice of king or twins in second bedroom. The second bathroom is located in the hallway and is accessible to all. No need to pack extra sundries, we've got you covered. 3 TVs, cable, A Roku TV can be found in the living, and TVs with Firesticks are provided in both bedrooms so that you can use your personal accounts to watch Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. An in-unit laundry and laundry supplies are provided. The kitchen is furnished with refrigerator condiments, coffee, and basic cooking spices which will make your stay a bit easier. Ready for families, our space is equipped with Pak-n-Play, changing pad, and other infant materials. Let us know if you need these items for a baby so they can be disinfected before your stay. Games, books, and puzzles are ready for evening family time.
*I want you to stay and rest well, so all mattresses and pillows have protectant sleeves. Our housekeeping staff ensures very clean accommodations because that is what I require while being a guest elsewhere.
*The REC area/hot tub is open year round, but the HOA does stop heating the pool in the coldest months of the year.
*Thank you for considering my condo. My goal is to acquire many return guests as you find my Mesquite getaway to be a great experience.
*Guests have access to pool, hot tub, and workout facilities. The HOA has one free covered parking for you, and many available uncovered parking spots and RV parking for your toys. There is also an “on property” electric grill, and a community grill and eating area with a BEAUTIFUL SUNSET-VIEW. Below the community property is a beautiful park for a walk or a place for the kids to play. Just follow the paved sidewalk on both the north and south side of the property for a short walk to Marilyn Redd park.
*Your co-hosts, J and Amy are available when needed and live a short 5-10 minutes from the condo. They will be happy to help you when needed.
*HawkRidge Condominiums are a mix of residential owners, renters, and short term guests. Residents enjoy a peaceful neighborhood, so I ask that all guests be respectful and courteous with noise and interaction. Outdoor views of the mountains and mesas are beautiful and sunsets are easily seen from the community grill/gazebo area as well as from bistro table on the porch.
*The proximity of the condos to Marilyn Redd Park is a HUGE bonus to those staying at Hawk Ridge. There are sand volleyball courts, bbq/picnic pavilion with tables, shaded covered playground, basketball court, sand pit with diggers, a gigantic lawn for soccer, baseball, lacrosse, frisbee, or anything else you can do with gorgeous green grass. It is all surrounded by a concrete sidewalk that links it to the condos as well as the rest of town.
*Mesquite offers many golf courses, gambling opportunities, youth athletic tournaments, and necessity shopping at Smiths, Walmart, and Ace Hardware. Mesquite's Recreational Center is not only a quality facility, but very affordable for visiting guests. Located about 1.5 miles from the condo, it is a great opportunity to have an even larger outdoor pool/indoor pool, racquetball/pickleball opportunities, basketball courts, free weights, circuit training equipment, and all the cardio toys you need. Outlying areas provide incredible hiking, off-road adventures, golfing, and so much more. Within a short drive, you can find incredible sights that leave you speechless. Mesquite is a wonderful place to live or visit.

We are your co-hosts, J and Amy, who help Karen with her property. We love to travel the area with our furry buddy, Olly, as there is so much to do and see here in Nevada and southern Utah. Some of our favorites (that we hope you will check out) are Valley of Fire, Lake Mead, Snow Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and Zion National Park. Whether you want to climb mountains, go for long hikes or an easy stroll, or view and photograph the red mountains from the car, this area has something just right for you. Our local town is quiet, safe, and bustling in the winter months with travelers from all over the world. With 10+ world class golf courses in the area, miles of UTV trails, casinos, hiking/biking trails, and so much more, Mesquite has a ton to offer. Come to Mesquite and see for yourself!

Karen's condo is comfy, cozy and very clean. With two baths (One is an attached master bath) and two good sized bedrooms with lots of closet space, you can comfortably stay for a long time. There is a comfortable king bed in the master and your choice of convertible king or twins in the guest bedroom. A high end sofa bed in the living room adds comfortable sleeping for a total of six. All linens are of high quality and there are more amenities that you will ever need - bathroom sundries and kitchen supplies. You will want to check out what is in the condo before shopping. A bistro table set provides an inviting place for morning coffee or sunset cocktail hour with mountain views for the sunrise and sunset reflection. Our cleaners are the best so you will sleep and play with no worries. Mattresses and pillows are protected and towels/linen are cleaned with attentive care. If you are staying for a holiday, no worries about cooking at home. You will have everything you need for that large meal.
