Place Needs Maintenance & Cleaning Attention
We booked the VRBO on January 25, 2025. Our floors were being replaced and was going to take two weeks to complete. Our contractor suggested we book a third week as the job might run longer than expectedOn February 8th, I sent to Jordan:Hi Jordan, we are scheduled to arrive at your place on March 29, and depart on April 13. Speaking with our contractor, I would like to reserve April 14, through April 20. I would pay for that third week up front, but, if the contractor ended up finishing before April 20, and we were able to move back home, would you be willing to reimburse us or work with us on options for the time not usedJordan replied:Yes, I will definitely be able do that for you. Please just book asap so you are locked inApril 15th, I messaged Jordan:Hi Jordan, wanted to let you know that our floors have been installed and we are able to move back home tonight. I know we had talked about a potential for some type of credit if we moved back early. Let me know if there is anything you can doJordan never repliedOn April 18th:Hi Jordan, I'm assuming since you have not responded to my message that you are not willing to work with us on some sort of credit or option as we had discussedAs of May 4th, I still have not heard back from Jordan. This place has serious cleaning issues. I was planning to convey directly to Jordan via chat how filthy it is, but since he decided to ghost me, I will let him know here. I would not recommend this place until he cleans it
