The spacious primary bedroom has Gulf views and access to the balcony. Pointe West community offers several amenities, including beach walkovers, paved walking trails, a tunnel under the highway for easy access to the lazy river, which is located on the bayside, a fitness center, an infinity-edge pool, and lagoons throughout the property. You'll have a work desk available, and the high-speed WiFi will make it easy for remote workers and students to perform online research for those last-minute projects. You won't miss a beat!

THINGS TO KNOW
Beach Club bands will be $25 per guest over three years old to access all amenities. This fee is charged by the POA of Pointe West and is payable at the Beach Club.
The on-site restaurant Sippin on Sunshine is open (hours may vary in the off-season). A snack shack with drinks and food is also open.
During high season, live bands may be on-site.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
