With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a private hot tub, fenced backyard, game room, free parking, self check-in, and multiple desks for remote work, this home is a comfortable fit for families, groups, and business travelers.

The space
Welcome to your stylish and spacious Las Vegas home, set up for comfort, convenience, and flexibility across three levels.

The home includes 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 1 half bath, giving larger groups room to spread out comfortably. Every bedroom features a Roku TV and Novaform mattress for a restful stay. There are two separate living rooms, each with a 65-inch Roku Smart TV and comfortable seating, which makes it easy for groups to relax together without feeling crowded.

The home is also ideal for remote work and longer stays, with a dedicated office area, multiple desks, a fully equipped kitchen, and a free washer and dryer. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and the essentials needed for cooking at home.

On the top floor, guests can enjoy a fun entertainment zone with a 3-in-1 game table featuring ping pong, pool, and air hockey, plus an arcade machine and game console. Outside, the private fenced backyard includes a hot tub and outdoor dining area, giving guests a relaxing place to recharge after a day in the city.

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire home during their stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, office spaces, backyard, patio, and hot tub.

You’ll also have access to the garage, though we do store some extra supplies there, so it may not be as tidy as the rest of the home. Entry is simple with smart lock self-check-in.

• Accessibility: This is a 3-story home with stairs to the second and third floors and is not wheelchair accessible

• If your pet is an ESA or service animal, please disclose this prior to arrival and provide any required documentation
• Security: There is a Ring doorbell camera at the front door that records motion on the exterior only
