Take in the surrounding views from the bench swing under the live oak in the yard or walk out to the end of the private pier and immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of the marsh. Fire up the gas grill for some fresh local seafood or an authentic Low Country Boil out on the deck.

This coastal cottage boasts equal parts charm and family-friendly comfort. Featuring original hardwood flooring and trim, the single-level interior has been updated for contemporary convenience with home essentials including central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer and dryer. The full kitchen is equipped for at-home meal planning and there's seating for up to six at the dining table on the enclosed porch. Furnished with AC and sofas, the porch makes a great all-weather hangout for everything from happy hours to afternoon naps. Enjoy shows and movies on the living room smart TV before heading to bed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
