A full kitchen with appliances, living room with sleeper sofa, cable TV and high speed internet make this an escape for work or play. And when you’re ready to venture out, private building beach access is just steps away from your door.

**2024 Storm Update - Unfortunately, the recent storms haven’t been kind to the beach and dunes on the north end of North Topsail Beach. Because of this, the beach has shifted, and the amount of usable beach right in front of the complex has changed as well.

At the moment, the stairs to the beach at the condo are unavailable while we wait for the HOA to repair them. During low tide, you may still be able to access the beach from Buildings 1 or 8, but depending on the tide, it may require walking through some water to reach the sand. In some cases, it might be easiest to take a short drive to one of the nearby public beach accesses. Beach Access #1 is located just 1 mile south of the condo—a short 3-minute drive—and offers free parking. There’s also another public access point just north of Building 1. Don't let this spoil your vacation, these higher tides provide a truly unique oceanfront experience and most mornings you'll enjoy a wonderful show from the dolphins.

This recently updated one-bedroom beachfront condo includes a full kitchen with range, refrigerator and microwave. There is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, bunk beds in the hallways with twin mattresses and a full bathroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa and 2 chairs for relaxing and sliding door access to the deck with a great view of the beach. There are 2 ROKU Smart TV’s with cable, free high-speed Wi-Fi and easy connection instructions. We offer free parking for 2 vehicles and keyless access with your personal code. We have arranged for professionally cleaned linens and towels to be delivered before your arrival. The community features BBQ grilling areas, laundry facility and more for your enjoyment. Several dining locations, fishing pier and other area beaches are just minutes away.

Bedroom 1 – Queen bed that sleeps 2, portable AC unit, wall mounted TV with cable and a closet for storage.

Hallway – Bunk beds with twin mattresses. Full bathroom in Hallway with walk-in shower.

Living room – Mini Split AC, TV with cable, Sleeper sofa that sleeps 2, 2 chairs and sliding doors with deck access and a view of the ocean.

Kitchen – Full kitchen with Range, Microwave, and Fridge. Plates, cups, utensils, pots and pans all included!

Guests have access to picnic areas, charcoal grills and high-speed internet/cable as well as pay per use laundry facilities.

Owners are always available by chat or phone.

Beach Access- Direct Beach Access is just steps away from our front door. Although a beach replenishment project added new sand in the 2023 season, changing tides and coastal storms continue to affect the amount of usable beach in front of this building. Generally, there is more usable sand and beach area just a short walk north of Building 1 and south of Building 8. Sandbags are in place to help prevent beach erosion; please avoid walking on them as this is a city ordinance that is strictly enforced.

Pets- Unfortunately, no pets of any kind are allowed. This is an HOA policy. Condo owners may have pets, so that is why you may see some onsite. Owners pets must be registered, so no guest pets are allowed.

Parking- Free parking for up to 2 cars. Please let us know if your party will have more than 2 cars at any time.

Basic essentials - We will provide at least one roll of paper towels, toilet paper (per bathroom) hand soap and dish soap, but based on the length of your stay you may want to bring additional.

Linens- We have arranged to have linens/towels delivered prior to your arrival.

Laundry- There is an app operated laundry center just a short walk to the next building.

Food/Grocery delivery- There is pizza delivery to our community as well as grocery delivery through Instacart.
