- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located facing the driveway parking area and street. Camera 2 is located by the front door facing front walkway. Camera 3 is located by the front door facing doorway. Camera 4 is located in the backyard facing the seating areas. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras continuously record audio and video.

Grill: Please clean after usage. Additional $30 charge if it is left unclean.

Please turn off all lights and lock all doors when you are out.

Pool safety is a high priority for all guests. Life vests available. No jumping in the pool from any place.

No standing, jumping from, touching or interacting with the waterfall and it's parts.

No standing, sitting or walking on Solar Panels.

No unauthorized visitors (humans and animals) without prior approval from host.

No firearms allowed ANYWHERE on the premises.

No parking on grass, it is against HOA rules. No cars allowed inside of the garage.

Conveniently located next to Interstate 75, only 3 minutes from highway exit 167! Highway noise will be heard during the duration of your stay at various levels due to proximity to highway.
