This GULF FRONT BEACH condo has a style all its own. Long Beach is a gated community and features the longest stretch of sand in PCB. This newly renovated condominium on the 7th floor has panoramic views of the Gulf from every room . Spanish-style ceramic tile floors & premium granite countertops throughout. The huge curved balcony attracts spectacular sunsets. The resort has low occupancy so the super-fast elevators won't leave you waiting. The resort has a 25 yo age minimum in order to book.
Everything about this 7th Floor condominium has been meticulously and professionally designed with an amazing attention to detail. The countertops throughout are super-premium "Cappuccino" granite that perfectly complement the hammered copper sinks. Stone and ceramic flooring throughout the unit and on the patio keep it clean, fresh and allergy-free. Even the Kitchen back-splash and under-counter stone knee-space have been custom designed. And you have never seen a shower design like this one -- ceramic mermaids swimming above a coral reef with inlaid marble "bubbles" and a stone and pebble-inlaid seat.
And be sure to check out the patio's ceramic turtle and tile river winding its way up the center column. The perfectly private patio, with access from both the bedroom and living area, provides an amazing and commanding view of the beach and Gulf with no obstructions and without any on-looking units or patios. This unit type has the largest and widest patio in the condominium complex and can comfortably accommodate eight people. Long Beach Resort has the longest stretch of beach on Panama City Beach and has private access points in the back of every one of the 4 towers. With super-fast elevators and a relatively small number of units on the 14 floors, you never have to wait long to get up to your condo.
The condo comes a with a King bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Stacked washer-dryer unit, ceiling fans in the bedroom, living area and patio, and dimmable lighting throughout. There are two 65" HD TV's with local, premium, HBO Max channels, and a DVD player in the living area.
Enjoy the awesome tropical lagoon-style pool located between Towers 2 and 3 that features waterfalls and palm tree islands. At the pool-side "Hangout" restaurant-bar you can enjoy a variety of beverages and dining choices. There are three whirlpool spas, and two additional private heated pools on the beach-side of the condominiums. There are even large lawn areas on the beach-side of every condominium for those turf-loving sun-bathers!
2 lounge chairs/umbrella rental is included with your stay so you don't have to carry beach chairs and umbrellas with you to enjoy the surf and sugar-white sands. But just in case you have guests to entertain, there are 4 Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrella available in the unit. You will also have plenty of bath and beach towels.
Since the condo is privately owned, self check-in is a breeze. Long Beach Resort is a gated community with on-site security.
Access is simple. The guard at the main gate will admit access to the parking area when you tell them the building number and unit you are staying in. They will direct you to the the Tower 3 Building. You will be given a door lock code to the unit and a parking pass will be in your unit for the length of your stay.

The condominium complex is a non-smoking beachfront resort. There is a pool-side bar at the main pool that features a Polynesian style lagoon with waterfalls. There are 3 whirlpool spas and 2 additional private pools on the beach-side of the condominiums. There are even large grass areas on the beach-side of every condominium for those turf-loving sun-bathers!
Access to the condominium is super-easy. Since we are private owners of the unit you don't have to check-in with management which means your check-in is simple and seamless. Simply tell the guard at the main gate that you are a guest in Tower 3 Unit 705 and they will direct you to it. You will be given a door access code by us prior to your arrival date and your parking pass will be hung on the "anchor" just inside the front door.
There are 4 Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs and an umbrella in the unit and we also rent 2 of the permanent "blue" lounge chairs and umbrella you see in the pictures of the beach.
1. The Condominium Association's regulation is that the registered guest must be over the age of 25 and must occupy the condo.
2. Nothing can be hung from or attached to the balconies.
3. Nothing can be thrown or ejected from the balconies or exterior walk-ways. It is a felony in Florida to do so and could lead to your eviction from the property.
4. We require a copy of your valid driver's license upon booking.
5. You must fill out the remaining blank spaces on your vehicle pass and hang on your mirror at all times while on the property. There is only one security pass provided for each reservation. If your check-in is on a weekend or during hours that the management office is closed(M-F before 9am/after 4pm), you must request additional passes at least a week in advance of your arrival date. Additional passes are $30/each.
6. Feeding of birds is prohibited.
7. Skateboarding, skating, rollerblading, hover-boards, Segways, and drones are prohibited.
8. There are no pets permitted by Guests. Only Owners are allowed to have pets. So if you see someone with a pet, they are an Owner at LBR ;-)
9. Unauthorized visitors are not allowed to enter the Resort.
10. Pool and hot tub hours are from 8:00AM-Midnight
11. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
12. No food or drinks are permitted within four feet of any pool or spa
13. No glass containers, or "funneling parties" are allowed in the pool, hot tubs or on the decks.
14. No diving or climbing is permitted on the rocks, waterfalls or islands.
15. Please don't leave paper napkins or other items on the patio that can be blown off.
16. Please keep patio doors closed if the air conditioning is running.
17. Please close all doors and lock the front door when you leave the suite.
18. Please don't re-arrange my patio furniture - I really like it where it is and so does my floor tile!
