The apartment features hardwood floors through out , comfortable living and dining area featuring flat screen tv, table for dining and sofa. Fully equipped kitchen with ample white cabinetry and granite countertops . both bedrooms offer queen sized beds, desks, dressers and tv's. In unit laundry and central air mini split system complete this 2 bedroom unit.

After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.

Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.

Parking is available at $375mo. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot.

Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.

Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.

There is a $150 lost key fee.

Please be advised that should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee. The exact amount of this increase will be communicated to you prior to confirmation of your reservation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a pleasant and well-maintained environment for all our guests.
