The Neighborhood:
Roughly a 13-min drive to the beach - 7-min to McKee Botanical Gardens - 8-min to Downtown Vero Beach

Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood where everyone tends to keep to themselves. There is an older pup next door that you'll hear bark to say 'hello' from time to time. You'll have the driveway to park, which will accommodate up to (2) vehicles.

Getting Around:
Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway.

Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Unfortunately, the pool is not equipped to heat. Although we are working to add this amenity in the future, it is not available at this time. Please also note that the pool gets serviced once a week on Mondays at morning-noon, and this usually takes 1 hour.

**Please note that, after it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool, which may make it appear slightly discolored.

We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability! Feel free to contact us through the Airbnb messaging app :)

Great!

We stayed in the house over Easter with two families, 4 adults, 3 kids (9-13 yrs) and had a great time. The house is super clean, spacious, and the interior design was lovely. You really notice from the very first moment that the host/owner paid a lot of attention to all the tiny little details. The house was fully equipped (kitchen stuff, toilet paper, washing machine etc and even had nightlights in both bathrooms). I contacted Julie (host) a couple of times to e.g. get some recommendations for sightseeing etc and she was great! Her response Time was super fast. Apart from me reaching out to her, she check ed in daily to see if we need anything and if everything‘s ok. Absolute great service and experience. Kids used the pool frequently and We’ve had a fantastic stay. We‘d come back again

Place is clean and well kept. Only issue is neighborhood surrounding property is not what we expected. However, property itself is great and had no issues.

The house is perfect !Nice, clean, and I loved the horoscope decoration. I had frame Leo in the master bed room 🥰 ! The owner is super nice. she answers texts right away. She helped me with everything I needed. I love the VRBO company because they are very professional ! We are so happy !!! Thank you !

Excellent 💫

We loved staying at The Veroscope! It was obvious the hosts have put a lot of thought and effort into the property. They were also very organized about giving information on check in and out. It was very clean and comfortable with a super cute theme. We originally had plans to go to the beach more often, but the house was so cozy we ended up hanging at the private pool more! We would definitely stay again. Thanks to the hosts for a great stay!

In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for bugs, however, everything outside of that is beyond our control. Mosquitoes are sometimes unavoidable (we know, lame) - please remember to pack mosquito spray. Please note that, after it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored.

Please do not park inside the garage for ANY reason.

There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on property.

We can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. It's for your own comfort :)

Sleeping arrangements consist of a king bed, 2 queen beds, couch, and sofa.

The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property.

No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.

Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.

A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours.

Number of cars on property at any given time should never exceed (2). Parking is permitted in the driveway in front of the garage.

Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible

Please respect the neighborhood. Be considerate of our neighbors while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.

No fireworks of any kind.

No firearms on property unless kept locked in vehicle.

Follow additional guidelines posted within the suite.

Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure.

Report damages immediately.
