Additionally, we pride ourselves on being pet friendly. Our home boasts a fire pit surrounded by hammocks and chairs along with a stocked kitchen for cooking up homemade meals. This home has everything you need for a great time, including high speed internet. The game room is also a great way to spend some of your free time, with video games and other fun activities to enjoy.

BEDROOMS

The first bedroom is a smart and functional space, where you can work from home in the office, get ready for the day in the custom-fitted bathroom, and tuck yourself snugly in the king-size bed featuring a memory foam mattress. The room is well-equipped with a full-length mirror and a custom-fitted walk-in closet.

The second bedroom comes with a queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress. The third bedroom features two twin beds with a memory foam mattress and with a king-size bed adaptor. All three rooms include a full length mirror, walk in closet, smart TV, and a dresser for you clothes. We provide 125 channels through Spectrum TV. Please bring your own login for any streaming services.

BATHROOMS

The home has 2 full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The first floor has a half bath connected to the kitchen, as well as a full bath inside the master bedroom. The full bathroom includes a double vanity and tiled standing shower. The second floor full bath is adjacent to the twin bedroom and laundry room, and features a tub/shower combo. Each bathroom includes - plush towels, hair dryer, towels designed for make-up removal. We also provide eco friendly and sustainably sourced toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion the PUBLIC GOODS company. All PUBLIC GOODS products are free from paraben, synthetic fragrance, sodium lauryl sulphates, phthalates, and anything derived from
formaldehyde.

KITCHEN & DINING

If you are looking to enjoy a home-cooked meal, the kitchen comes fully equipped with high quality cookware, bakeware, cooking utensils, knives, cutting boards, silverware, grill set, basic spices and olive oil. Kitchen also includes a four slice toaster, French Press, and coffee station that can brew single Keurig K-cups or an entire carafe. Ground coffee, powdered creamer, and sugar are provided.

The dining room area provides seating for eight people. The eight high-top style bar stools are split between the large granite island and fold-down table.

GAMEROOM / LOFT

The second floor loft provides a spacious game room for you and your loved ones to create memories. Whether you are enjoying a board game, video game, or movie together, there are numerous options for a delightful night in. The 65” Roku TV provides entertainment for all ages and interests. Your gaming options are almost limitless with EMULEC – a gaming system that includes over 120,000 games from NES to PS1 and more!!!

Please be ready to provide your own login for all streaming services.

This room also provides the perfect photo op with our 10’ wall mountain mural. Be sure to tag our account when you post!

The first floor also includes a cozy living room, queen-sized pull-out sofa, and a 55” Roku TV. Across from the kitchen island, you will find a fun game called Hook and Ring. Remember to sign our guest book provided on the console table, underneath the TV. Also, please savor a s’more with our delicious complimentary s'more station.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES

This home is a perfect haven to take advantage of the great outdoors! Unwind by the fire pit in one of our Adirondack chairs, make some s’mores, lounge in a hammock, play a game of cornhole or horseshoes, or relax on the back porch while the kids throw the football, frisbee, volleyball, or kick the soccer ball around. All outdoor games are stored in the master bedroom closet.

We just added a Level II EV-Charger for guest use, free of charge. There is a 20 foot cable with a J-1772 plug. We also provide an adaptor for Tesla vehicles.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property. Some small spaces are off-limits such as the housekeeping closet, firewood box, attic, and crawlspace.

We offer easy self-check in through our keyless lock systems. Guests will feel protected by Ring Security Systems. There is plenty of parking for up to four vehicles. 4WD is not required to access the property.

Other things to note
Place all trash in a trash bag and then place it in the outside trash can. Thank you for being considerate to our cleaners by not throwing loose trash into the cans. They have to remove the trash by hand. If loose trash is found, it will be a 25$ charge as listed in our house rules.

Please scrap the grill after using it so it is clean for the next guest.

We provide a start bundle of firewood for the fire pit. If you need more you will need to buy some from a local gas station.

For pets:
There is a pet supply box that will be stored in the 1st floor master closet. It will contain blankets to place on the couch, towels to wipe paws, dog bowls, and doggie bags. Please be sure to read the house rules on pets at the bottom of this listing or in the guidebook when you receive it.

We have a front doorbell camera and front security light camera only. There are no cameras inside of the home.

Due to our location, UBER and LYFT will rarely be available to pick you up from the house. They will drop you off at the house from your starting location (airport, downtown, etc). We suggest you call AVL Ride, which is a local taxi service. They have always come out to our location.

Whole Foods will deliver groceries to this address.

BEARS!!! They are adorable – not cuddly – and definitely a permanent resident in our neighborhood, as well as other hungry wildlife. Please DO NOT leave food or trash outside of the home unless it is in the bear-proof trash can. Otherwise there will be a mess to clean up.
