Everything was clean, tidy and ready for us when we arrived. The host provided speedy responses and was thorough in the provided instructions when coming to the cabin. Very cozy, tucked away cabin for a small group of people. It’s about a 10 min drive to Fayetteville. If you’re here for the rural areas, this is the best place to be.

I have stayed in a number of VRBOs and this one was by far the smoothest of any of them. I had a mix up on my end but the host was very responsive to my mistake. The place was exactly as described, very clean and actually had a neutral scent to it when we first walked in.I would definitely recommend this host and their property to friends and relatives. We will stay again if we're ever in the area looking for lodging.I'd give a 10/10 on all accounts.

Cabin was very quaint and it was great to get some rest amidst a busy weekend. The driveway was a little difficult to navigate or figure out how to get down to the cabin and I don’t remember reading that detail before I arrived. Otherwise we would definitely stay there again if given the opportunity to be in the area. There were lots of details/amenities that were appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer! Cabin was very clean, well stocked and nicely decorated for the fall! We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the morning and evenings, nice quiet neighborhood and very close to Fayetteville. Will definitely come back!

Hidden Gem! The cabin is super cute with all the necessities!!

The cabin is adorable and in a great location! Close to U of A! Its lovely finishes and a fantastic front porch to sit outside and watch the fireflies make the place feel cozy and warm! I would definitely stay here again!

Ponderosa Pas is actually my parents' cabin! Their property (The Ponderosa) was built for their retirement together, in order to be closer to kids and grandkids, and enjoy the beautiful land. They acquired Pas during the process of building and moving to Arkansas. I've always had an interest in running a vacation rental due to my love of travel, and truly think NWA is an underrated gem for nature and culture! Volia' - location, property, and interest, and here we are! We hope you love it!

Beaver lake, and a variety of natural trails all within easy and quick access during your stay at our cabin. Not to mention the view right outside! Please enjoy.
