This beautiful, 1,300 sq. foot 2-story loft in the heart of the walkable neighborhoods of Elizabeth, and within walking distance to premier Eastover and Plaza Midwood.

The loft is clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable whether you’re visiting for a few days or longer term. The loft is located in the historic Elizabeth neighborhood, just a block from the new streetcar stop, and a couple of blocks from Independence Park.
The space
The space has an enormous living room, dining room, and dedicated workspace. The second-story bedroom overlooks the entire apartment and has 2 beds.

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and more including pots, pans, Ninja coffee maker, glasses, wine, and whiskey glasses, rice cooker, slow cooker, magic bullet, and more. The kitchen features new appliances, dishwasher and garbage disposal, granite counters, and barstool seating for 2. There are also 2 dog bowls and a dog placemat, too!

The living room features a large comfortable sectional for watching the internet-connected massive LG 65" Smart TV. There is a Roku, Apple TV and Chromecast, and an Xbox One!

The workspace has a 24" monitor complete with a Logitech Bluetooth ergonomic keyboard and mouse, and HDMI to USB-C cable.

The lofted bed area located on the second floor has a queen-size bed, with comfy linens and Egyptian cotton towels to enhance the bathroom. Additionally, an extra Tuft and Needle full-size floor mattress is available for additional guests.

The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, multiple soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a blow-dryer.

The huge walk-in closet is complete with cleaning supplies and an iron. Additionally, there are multiple hangers and shoe storage. The in-unit washer and dryer are located right next to the closet.
Guest access
The condo building has an outdoor common area perfect for relaxing in the sun, eating outdoors, and hanging out with friends and family. The common area is fully fenced and dogs are welcome!
Other things to note
A multitude of restaurants are located within a short walk, including fine dining at Fig Tree, craft cocktails at The Crunkleton, coffee, tiramisu and other Italian pastries at Villani's Bakery, and fresh acai bowls at Rico's Acai. Walking distance to a Starbucks.

Even more, if you cross over Pecan Ave to Plaza Midwood (a 10-minute walk) which has tons of incredible restaurants and bars.
