This is a privately owned, waterfront property on Lake Campbell, Brookings, SD. This home has all the cozy feels from wood burning and gas fireplaces, to a 3-season sunroom with a spectacular view of the lake, to a great nights sleep in any of the themed bedrooms! This home sleeps 12 in beds and has room for 5 more with our inflatable Queen mattress and 3 sleeping bags with bed rolls. There is a golf course and fabulous restaurant at the Brookings Country Club within a mile, and you can swim in the lake and play on the private beach and keep your jetski on our complimentary lift! The boat launch is less than a 1/2 mile away! We are a Bed N Breakfast and offer a variety of wonderful breakfast items for a Do-it-Your-Way breakfast! Included at checkin for your stay (not restocked) are: one dozen eggs, 6 hardboiled eggs, cereal, instant oatmeal, pancake/waffle mix, homemade bread, grape and strawberry jelly, fresh fruit, milk, juice, waters, and limited sodas. Additional homemade baked goods upon request at additional charge. Please request 1 week prior to check in. Options: Homemade bread, zucchini bread, banana bread, and 9 X13 egg bake. Additional eggs from local farmer also available. Brookings, home of the Jackrabbits of SDSU, the SD Children's Museum, many Boutiquie and Antique shops, bowling, simulator golf at Tee'd Off, and only 45 minutes from the Terry Redlin Museum, or your choice of 2 zoos!
