This sunny and spacious 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home features a huge private pool, ample space for a larger group, and unique but beautiful finishings and decor! Located on the gorgeous Omni Amelia Island Resort, this home boasts many recent updates and includes everything you could need for an enjoyable beach getaway!

The roomy living area not only connects to the kitchen and dining room but also provides access to the pool deck. Two brown leather full size sofas sit across from each other with several other seating areas nearby. A beautiful wrap around fireplace, a lovely new wet bar, and a flat screen smart TV are all features of this great room. The adjacent dining area boasts a rectangular table with seating for 6. Walking into the kitchen, you will immediately notice how nicely this home flows. The newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen leads straight to the back porch area. A second living area is situated in the center of the home and is the perfect spot for a little quiet reading or relaxing!

On the same level, the stunning master suite overlooks the backyard pool, has a king sized bed, flat screen smart TV. The attached bathroom had been recently renovated to include a tiled walk-in shower, soaking tub and double vanity. A second bedroom also located on the ground level has a queen sized bed and a daybed with a trundle. There is also a second full bath on this level with a walk in shower and oversized vanity.

Walking up the beautiful spiral staircase, you will find two additional bedrooms each with its own balcony. The third bedroom features a queen bed, a flat screen smart TV and an attached full bath with a tiled walk in shower and double vanity. The fourth bedroom offers two twin beds and a handy kitchenette. The fourth bathroom has a walk in shower and is also home to the full-sized washer and dryer.

While the home itself is wonderful, the most amazing part of this unique property is the outdoor area. The stunning private pool area has chairs for lounging and a table with seating for four to enjoy outdoor dining. Make a splash in this large pool and refresh yourself after a day of fun on the beach! The adjacent pool house features a half bath and an outdoor shower for added convenience!

There are several nearby beach access walkways nestled among the tree canopies that lead to the pristine beaches of Amelia Island. While staying in this beautiful home you can stroll through the Omni Resort's shops and restaurants, recharge at the nearby spa and salon, or visit the miniature golf course just down the road!

Optional Pool Heat: Optional pool heat is available certain times of the year for an additional fee. For rentals of 4 days or less, pool heat can be added to your reservation for a daily rate of $100. For rentals of 5 days or more, pool heat can be added to your reservation for a daily rate of $80. The pool temperature is typically set between 76-82 degrees Fahrenheit (if it is colder than 50 degrees outside- the pool will not heat to these temperatures). The optional pool heat charge is not for a guaranteed water temperature but for having the heat pump running and the electricity use that goes with it. Actual water temperature may vary from day to day as a result of ambient weather conditions during the day and night. *Pricing for pool heat is subject to change.
