Welcome to Poplar Cottage at Grand Park! This Tudor home has been fully remodeled, and is ready for you to enjoy all that it has to offer.

You will be situated on over 1/4 acre of beautifully landscaped land (don't forget to enjoy the abundance of rose bushes out front), along with approximately 1,800 sq ft of luxurious living space; all nestled in the heart of Westfield Indiana. Located a mere stones throw away are the alluring restaurants of Restaurant Row, and a short walk (of just one block) will guide you to Grand Junction Plaza; a brand new state of the art park featuring green space, trails, amphitheater, and playground. Grand Junction Plaza also offers a vast array of activities for all to enjoy; a free movie night, at dusk on select pre-scheduled dates, is just one small example.

Poplar Cottage is also located just a few short minutes away from Grand Park Sports Campus; providing you with a plethora of sporting events, activities, tournaments, and so much more. Bring the entire team to stay as we comfortably sleep up to 12 adults!

Enjoy an evening outdoors around the fire pit, or stay inside to enjoy game night in our garage turned game/recreation retreat; featuring a 2 player arcade cocktail table with 60 nostalgic games to choose from, foosball, air hockey, a TV for your gaming consoles with seating area, and so much more (scroll down to see all game options). In the mood for a night out? You’re in luck as an array of dining options are within walking distance, or you could simply watch for the shuttle to pass by and hop on for a ride! When it’s time to go to sleep be sure to take note of the individually climate controlled upper bedrooms so that you may enjoy your slumber at the temperature of your choosing!
