Reunite with friends and family in the heart of the Green Mountains with this rare opportunity to use both units of a duplex located on the main Killington access road, minutes from the resort base areas and everything the area has to offer!
With a patio as well as an upper deck with 2 grills in addition to a fire pit, you will have plenty of options to enjoy time with your group. Inside, you will have 6 smart Roku TVs and blazing-fast wifi!
This house (both units of the duplex, rented together) is perfect for a family gathering or friends get-together for skiing, downhill mountain biking, Spartan racing, summer hiking, leaf-peeping, or even working remotely.
You will have access to both units of the duplex (BearLeft and BearRight), including the patio, deck, yard areas, and the fire pit. To go between the units, you will use the covered patio.
Our team is local, so reach out if you have questions as needed.
Killington Road is the heart of everything in Killington with many options for eating, and after hours entertainment. BearAll is located well to take advantage of it all.
You will have six parking spots at the property. If more parking is needed, additional space is available nearby on request.
Please note: If you need a pack 'n play or a high chair - these must be requested in advance. When you reach out to us, we can provide a link to request these for a fee via BabyQuip.
âą Our entire home including the two outdoor decks is non-smoking (e-cigs included). Smoking is only allowed in the parking lot or outdoor fire pit. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
âą Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
âą In renting this property, you agree to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury, harm, or death resulting from the use of ladders and bunk beds.
âą For your safety and ours, we have an outdoor camera aimed at the driveway. There are no cameras in any of the living areas.
âą The fire pit must be attended at all times when burning a fire. At the end of its use, extinguish the fire entirely with the garden hose that is located around back.
