Unwind with the whole family at this cozy home in a peaceful residential neighborhood. Conveniently located just 25 minutes from downtown Denver, 25 minutes from Boulder, and 35 minutes from Denver Airport, with easy access to major highways.

The space
This 3-level home features a private backyard.

The main level offers a formal living room with seating for eight and a coffee table, a formal dining room with seating for four, and a kitchen with an island bar and bench seating for five.

Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size adjustable bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and two closets. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and one closet, while the third bedroom offers a full-over-full bunk bed and one closet. All bedrooms have TVs with Netflix access. The second bathroom includes a tub and shower.

The lower level features a family room with a sectional, rising coffee table, massage chair, wood-burning fireplace, and TV, along with a half bathroom and laundry room with a front-load washer and dryer.

The backyard includes a flat-top gas grill, patio table with umbrella, and a 5-person hot tub.

Family reunion

We loved this place. Great location with easy access to Denver, Golden and Bolder. We loved the massage chair!! Hopped in it every morning to start the day and then at the end of the day to unwind. Cozy, clean house

This is a great house! My husband and I stayed here by ourselves, but it's great for anyone with a family. We enjoyed the hot tub one evening and my husband used the massage chair several times a day. I used it too. It was great to come back at the end of the day to the comforts of this home. I would stay here again. Also, the host was easy to communicate with.

Upon arrival, the home was exactly as described. The home was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The area had restaurants and places to shop for groceries. The location was perfect , easy access to the highway we needed ! The hosts were easy to communicate with- friendly and responsive! The BBQ grill was perfect. Comfy Home - Everything works!!

So wonderful to have a Clean, Comfortable and quiet place to stay and sleep. Pre-teens had fun playing cornhole. All enjoyed the hot tub and a few members hogged the massage chair. LOL Plenty of room to spread out in this house and it has such a cute layout. Thankful the ice maker, hot tub, locks, faucets are work as expected (compared to other places). Thank you Neomi for opening your home and the great communication. Would stay again if in budget for the next trip.
