The condo has A full-size washer and dryer allows you to pack light and ensures you'll always have dry beach towels. All doors and windows feature plantation shutters, so you can enjoy the spectacular views or shut out the light when you want to sleep in.

The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and direct access to the large balcony. The master bathroom features an oversized garden soaking tub and spacious stand-up shower. Even when getting ready for the day, you're greeted with amazing beach views from the large bathroom windows.

The second bedroom offers two full size beds and a full-size closet. The second full bathroom is accessible from the hallway.

The third bedroom offers a queen- size bed and a full closet. Private bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower. As a guest of this unit, you have access to the owner's private storage area with all the amenities you need for the beach, including beach chairs,umbrella, and much more. The Beach Colony Resort is a gated resort property comprised of two towers. Each floor has 4 condos per floor for privacy and seclusion. The resort offers One very large pool and a large fitness center which is directly across from this condo on the same floor. Workout with an awesome beach view. Tennis courts, and a private accessible boardwalk to the beach.
