# ACCESS

As a guest, you will have access to the entire property, including the private backyard, garage, beach gear, and two bikes. There are three parking spots available: two in the driveway and one in the garage.

You will be given a key code for the smart lock, so no need to keep track of keys. There’s also a ring camera on the home’s exterior to ensure safety at all times.

☆ While the home does not have central air conditioning, the coastal location provides cool ocean breezes year-round. Each bedroom includes ceiling fans, and portable AC units are provided for additional comfort.

☆ Streaming services are available using your own account credentials.

☆ For your safety, the property has one exterior security camera monitoring the front entry and a decibel monitoring device inside the home. The noise monitor measures sound levels only and does not record conversations.

☆ A rental agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking. A valid government-issued ID is also required by our insurance provider. Reservations may be canceled if these requirements are not completed within the required timeframe.

☆ We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your reservation. Exceptions cannot be made to the cancellation policy.

☆ Reservations of 28 nights or longer require additional screening, a security deposit, and a supplemental lease agreement.

☆ All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 5% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligible. (NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB GUESTS)

HOUSE RULES:
**Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to fine and/or termination by the Host without refund.**
1. No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy for this property is 12. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.
2. No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property. There shall be a minimum fine of $1,000 for this violation.
3. Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.
4. Must be 25 years and older to book.
5. No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. If pets are stated in the listing, then the following rules apply: Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No other species allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied.
6. Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time.
7. A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind.
8. No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee.
9. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest’s reservations. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances.
10. All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 5% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligible. (NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB GUESTS)

12) Guests booking confirms receipt and acknowledgment of the below City of Oceanside Good Neighbor Policy.
a. Parking: Vehicles shall be parked in garage, driveway, and on-site designated parking spaces whenever possible. Please avoid parking on street if on-site parking is available. No vehicles shall be parked on a designated fire lane nor block or restrict access to adjacent properties.
b. Occupancy. The maximum number of occupants shall be two adults per bedroom plus two people per unit (including children).
c. Daytime Guests. The maximum number of daytime guests allowed in a STR unit shall be 10 guests, regardless of bedroom count. Daytime guests are allowed between 7am and 10pm.
