Well-maintained Serra Highlands home is located in a great location. Awesome floor plan ideal for entertaining. Features include a spacious living room with wood burning fireplace, a separate dining area, a large eat-in kitchen with Corian counters and ample counter space, family room adjacent to the kitchen .
The house is conveniently located near SFO, so you may occasionally hear airplanes passing overhead. If you're someone who is sensitive to noise or a light sleeper, our place might not be the ideal choice for you. However, it's worth noting that the house is equipped with a new double-pane window to help minimize noise disturbance.

Early check-in/Late check-out request:
Standard check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time.

Additional note:
The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 4 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $35 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate at is 8.

Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.

Our property does not allow pets or animals due to severe allergies.
