Tucked away in downtown Kerrville's historic garden district, our place is big on charm and space, making it just right for families of all sizes, a group of friends, or anyone out to explore what the Texas Hill Country has to offer.

Turn the competition up in our game room. It’s a garage turned into the ultimate hangout spot with an arcade cabinet with classic games, ping pong, arcade basketball hoop game, game table, 65-inch TV, and yes, it’s got AC for those hot Texas days (and heating for the chilly ones)!

Keyless entry and door codes will be sent prior to the start of reservation. You will have full private access to almost all of the house (except for a few locked storage spaces).

• No pets.
• No smoking/vaping.
• No parties or events.
• You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
• Per city requirements, maximum occupancy is 10 guests and 4 vehicles parked off-street unless otherwise approved.
• No illegal substances allowed on the property.
• Please come and have a good time, but be aware that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay.
