This stunning property offers the perfect getaway for families seeking a memorable vacation. With ample space to accommodate large groups, our home ensures everyone can enjoy their own private sanctuary while still coming together to create lasting memories. Pool is open Memorial Day- Labor Day. We also have a NEW LISTING FOR SUMMER 2025! 6 bedroom Farmhouse on 8 acres with Entertainment Barn and Pool with Guest House! Whether you're lounging by the pool, indulging in outdoor activities such as pickleball or simply enjoying quality time with your loved ones, you'll feel completely at ease in this tranquil oasis.

One of the highlights of our property is the heated pool (Memorial Day- Labor Day), providing wonderful entertainment all guests. Great Winter Stay

This house is great. They hit the nail on the head calling it a retreat. It felt like a nice break from everything. The kids found a hill outback and went sledding, we had a campfire under the stars and in the snow, and we had movie nights in the basement. Plus the house is fully stocked with basic supplies.

Best Family Vacation Yet

This is by far the best VRBO we have rented to date, and we have rented a lot. The house was immaculate. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything. Everyone had some much fun relaxing at the pool, playing pickleball and watching movies at night in the theater. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Great rental!! St Patrick’s weekend

This house was great! We had 5 couples, each had their own room, plenty of space, and plenty to do. We enjoyed playing pickle ball, dinner on the patio, lounging in sunroom, and having a bonfire in the evening. The property manager was great with communication & providing things to do around location. Loved the public market on Saturday morning, wouldn’t have known about it without Whitney’s suggestion. We had a fun filled weekend!

Amazing stay for RIT graduation

This house was perfect to stay while we celebrated our child's graduation from RIT. About 30 mins from RIT, but with the college area being so busy this weekend, we were happy to stay where we did. House was amazing, plenty of room for grandparents (1 bdrm on the 1st fl, 4 on the 2nd), aunt, uncle & cousins. 5 bathrooms were great for such a size of our family. House was clean, well stocked with everything to enjoy meals together! Plenty of space to spread out, young & old. Pickleball was so fun! Lots of family memories made, strongly recommend! And Whitney was very responsive to any questions we had as well as making sure we arrived & were all set!

Stunning Property with EVERYTHING You May Need

This property was absolutely perfect. I was so impressed and didn't want to leave. So private, so beautiful, stocked with everything you could possibly need, comfortable furniture... I could go on and on. We hosted a gathering of family and friends to celebrate our son's college graduation and it was absolutely perfect. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The property manager was so accomodating. She answered all my questions and gave me recommendations for local caterers. If only should could have made the weather cooperate (hahaha). I really have no complaints at all. Thank you for allowing us to make wonderful memories with our family.

Wonderful Property with all the Amenities

We travel very frequently and this was by far the best of the best. The property is very well maintained inside and out with all the amenities you could possibly want. My family was in Rochester to celebrate the wedding of my nephew and there was plenty of room for 8 adults and our grand daughter. Although on the eastside of Rochester we never had more than a 20 minute drive to any of the events in and around the city. Our grand daughter enjoyed riding the bike down the driveway, playing on the swingset/playhouse and the basement was full of children's toys. The kitchen is the best stocked of any we've seen, the beds were comfy and everything was very clean. This would be the perfect summer retreat as there's a beautiful inground pool, pickel ball court, enclosed sunroom, fire pit and acers of mowed lawn. It's very peaceful and relaxing. You can't go wrong with this property.

Whitney is very responsive and accommodating. Appreciated the bedroom on main floor for my elderly mother who cannot do stairs. The basement level movie theater atmosphere was a hit with younger nephews. House was well equipped with the necessary items like aluminum foil, napkins etc. one helpful thing would have been one bedroom with twin beds, but we easily navigated with air mattresses. Will definitely stay again!Thank you Whitney!
