Phoenix location. 30 minutes from Scottsdale, Talking Stick Casino, State Farm Stadium, Chase Field and 1.5 hours to Sedona. Nearby are multiple walking and hiking trails, eateries & shopping plazas including Happy Valley Town Center. Enjoy plush beds, fully stocked kitchen with spices, dining sets, & cook/bakeware. This was a fantastic home for us to enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday with our family! It had everything we needed, plus was conveniently located near a grocery store and Home Depot! We enjoyed the indoor spaces and the outdoor pool and gas fire pit every night! We would definitely go back! Highly recommend it!

The rooms were spacious and clean, the kitchen was spacious and provided all the amenities required to cook meals, including seasonings, condiments, and various cooking utensils. The host was responsive when I contacted him with questions, and he extended our checkout time as requested. This home is definitely family friendly with three TV’s - one included in the game room and a swimming pool. There was sufficient towels in the home for everyone, and the family room was large and spacious.

Very comfortable space!

I stayed with my family of 4 and my parents. There was plenty of room for us all. The house was just as pictured. We enjoyed the pool and back yard during the day and gathered in the kitchen and living areas at night. Anthony was incredibly quick to respond to inquiries both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay again.

The house was great, big rooms, clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Great rooms for entertaining and plenty of room for spreading out, if you need a place for some quiet space or hanging out. Nice outdoor space. Pool was great and maintained..no extra charges! So much room to move around…game room. Close to grocery stores and shopping. Property manager was very responsive usually within minutes! Loved it.

Senior class trip of a lifetime!!!

Excellent communication before and during our stay. Pool was great for the kids to play and relax in, we used the fire pit every night, it was so nice just to turn it on and off as needed. Lots of room in house for everyone, really enjoyed the pool table, played lots of games. Great kitchen with all the nessacary items for cooking and baking. We had so much fun at this well maintained house. Highly recommend this house if you are staying in the Phoenix area. Best VRBO in Phoenix!!!!!

The house was amazing, plenty of space for all of us. There are some updates needed. Not with the house itself. Wash cloths were old and dingy, pots and pans need replacing. They have been used and abused, the silverware was good. The cooking utensils could be replaced, the spatula looked like it had been chewed on. The kids loved the pool, I didnt feel it was heated, so I didnt get in..You definitely need to add more chair for fireplace and outside areas.

Spacious property in the Greater Phoenix area!

Upon entering the front door, it was obvious this beautiful, contemporary, spacious home was going to be perfect for our girls' getaway. Five bedrooms and three full baths provided plenty of privacy. Two living rooms and a game room allowed for everyone to do what they wanted. The dining room and eat-in kitchen provided seating options and the spacious, newly remodeled, well-appointed kitchen was ideal to work in. The home was spotless. The pool was just the right temperature and the easy-to-operate gas fire pit kept us warm on the cool evenings.

Nice property poor neighbors

The property itself is very nice and the home great. However when you get there you are hit with a list of very strict rules for the cost and location. We visited for our children’s high school graduation. We had a drop in get together on a Friday after graduation. We had people come by for a total of an hour. In that time the neighbors called the owner and complained. We had no music no loud noise or anything other than people coming in to get food and take pictures. The owner contact me immediately enforcing a noise ordinance of 9 which didn’t apply to this case. The money it cost to stay and the house itself was perfect for us to have this event for our kids. However this was unnecessary and unwarranted. I do not recommend this place if you want to have any people over. The pool heater doesn’t work. And the rules are absolutely ridiculous for responsible adults.

Jeremy, The house rules are clearly stated in our listing prior to your booking - no parking in the street (per HOA) and no parties/events. There are no other "strict" rules, only house rules common for short term rentals. After receiving a complaint from our neighbor of the amount of cars parked in the street and groups of people walking onto the property we reviewed the driveway camera and confirmed they were correct. We also saw on the driveway camera a group of people in the driveway with one of them urinating on a plant along the driveway wall. In all the years we've been hosting not once has our neighbor complained about any of our guests. As for the pool heater, you didn't inform me of any issues. If you had let me know, I would've had our pool tech take a look immediately.

We loved this home - all the bedrooms and bathrooms plus living, family and game rooms - well equipped kitchen with some seasonings in the cupboards. The pool and fire pit were a big hit during down time and the evenings. Very clean and well kept.Hope to be back next year. Thanks for a great stay!
