Welcome to your home by the sea! Villa Dal Mare is perfect for a family or group getaway. This island style villa offers gorgeous views overlooking Coral Bay with a spacious layout. Complete with all the amenities you need for a family friendly trip.

This villa is located in a quiet neighborhood with a fully paved road ~ rare on St John! There are three bedrooms each with a king bed, sound machine and an inflatable toddler bed for sleeping arrangement flexibility. The villa is fully air conditioned.

*For 1-4 guests, one of the bedrooms will be locked off with no other renters. You will have a choice of which 2 rooms you would like to use. For 5-9 guests, you will have access to all 3 bedrooms. All 3 rooms available for parties less than 5 for an added fee. Please inquire.

You will arrive on the main level which has a washer and dryer, beach chairs, coolers, pop up shade tent for the beach, and sand toys for the kids. Enter into the main kitchen and living area with a powder room. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances so you have the comforts of home while on vacation. This is a family friendly villa, so you will also find a highchair and baby gates to accommodate your little ones. Comfortable, cozy living space with everything you need.

Looking out from the main level porch you will find amazing views overlooking Coral Bay. The exterior staircase takes you upstairs to the primary bedroom, the Salt Pond Suite. This king en-suite bedroom comes with a daybed and private balcony. This bedroom also has a pack n play for the little ones. There is an iron and board, steamer, and clothing rack in the closet for your use as well.

Take the stairs back down to the main level porch to find ample dining and lounge seating ~ perfect for morning coffee or dining al fresco!

Another set of exterior stairs takes you to the pool deck level. The poolside bedroom, the Hansen Suite, has a queen/twin bunk bed as well as a king bed. Workout gear such as yoga mats, bands, and weights are available. There are also pool toys and floats for your enjoyment.

Another small set of exterior stairs takes you to the cottage bedroom, the Maho Suite. In this room you will find a king bed and a second pack n play if needed.

At Villa Dal Mar you will find a space cultivated for families with an incredible attention to detail. With plenty of room to spread out and take in the island, you will most certainly find peace and enjoyment!

Power is provided to St. John via an underground cable from St. Thomas. Our power supply is not always reliable and power outages are not uncommon. They are typically short lived, but can last for a few hours. These outages can happen with or without warning from the island’s power company, known as WAPA. We will do our best to keep you comfortable and informed. Antares strives to make your villa stay as comfortable and trouble free as possible. Please understand that power outages are out of our control. Please note, water will not work during an outage. There are no refunds for power loss.
