The open-concept living area features a vaulted wood ceiling, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and modern furnishings, including a plush sofa sleeper, cozy swivel chairs, and a large flat-screen TV. Great central location for larger group

Very nice overall for a large size family. Very clean and well stocked with essential items (could use a few more towels for large group and the ladies would likeat least one full sized mirror:)) Bunk beds for kids very helpful. Older complex that seemed well maintained. Great pool. We had a great time and would definitely rent again

Family Time

Spacious condo that allowed our family to gather or spread out over our stay. The zoned AC allowed for our bedrooms to be at the temperature each felt most comfortable at. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals when we weren't eating out. We used the snorkel equipment, beach chairs and umbrella almost daily. The condo is beautifully and tastefully decorated. We used the foosball table and the pool frequently. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful place

Stayed here with cousin and their three kids. Place was perfect. The bunk room was great for the kids. While the unit was nicely updated and well equipped. Everything was very clean and neat. There is a pool, tennis and ping pong to keep the kids busy and entertained. We walked across the street to the beach when we weren't out exploring the island. Town is not within walking distance but close for a quick car ride. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

Fabulous Maui Rental

Koa Resort 5i was amazing. Beautifully remodeled, loved it as it made our stay so warm and welcome. The kitchen had everything we needed as we cooked in all but 2 nights of our 7 night stay. Lordes was so helpful, pleasant and attended to our every need. The linai was the best too as we were all able to enjoy the great outdoors and watch all the little geikos run by. Across the street from the beach was so amazing as we went for a morning walk daily, even saw a turtle on one of our adventures. Everything was fabulous! Loved this resort, would love to visit in the near future.

Perfect Family Listing

Perfect property for a group up to 7. Two adults and 5 teenagers from 16-19 and we had plenty of room! Lots of attention to decorating detail! Lots of extras in the home to use!! The owner is very very good at communicating and the property manager is also very nice! The kids loved the pool! Across the road from the water! The property is very secure! Will definitely stay again! Can’t say enough about how perfect this property is!

Perfect place

We definitely got lucky when this place popped up! The entire place was freshly remodeled and it was perfect for two couples plus three teens. There was plenty of space for all 7 of us to be comfortable and not feel like we were tripping over each other. Everything was clean and tidy. My personal favorite was the master bathroom! That shower is to die for! All of the a/c units made for a very comfortable environment no matter what room you are in. The owners did a top notch job with this remodel and I would definitely stay there again! The location is great! Everything we wanted to do was just minutes away. You won’t be disappointed booking this place!

Fantastic stay in Kihei.

This was our first time in this unit but second stay at Koa resort. Can't say enough good things about this listing and the owners. The unit is beautifully kept and maintained. The A/C works great, there are a ton of beach and pool toys, sports equipment, and a cooler. We had no kids with us but there was a pack and play and a stroller in the unit if you have little ones. The beds and pillows were top quality, plenty of towels, everything you would need. The only thing I think renters should be aware of is that the main suite with the King bed is in a loft space that is very much open to the downstairs. Worked great for us but any noise downstairs is heard loud and clear up stairs. Definitely not a reason to skip this fabulous unit but something to be aware of as you plan who sleeps where. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds so plenty of room for kids. Again, this was a top quality place to stay. We walked across the street most nights to watch the sunset. The pool at the Koa Resort is simply the best I have seen. Immaculately clean and large.

Very Nice Updated Property

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It is very nice, clean, and well maintained. The property has been updated with nice kitchen cabinets, bathrooms, and furnishings. The unit is well stocked with everything you need. Each bathroom is updated and even the towels were very nice. The Master Bathroom is gorgeous with a large shower. There are AC units in every room so you can control the temperature in the individual rooms. The TV's in every room are a nice touch. The pool was very nice! It wasn't crowded when we were there. The property is close to grocery stores, beaches, Food Truck locations, etc. The Washer and Dryer were very handy for us to wash our clothes from our daily excursions. Parking was easy in the Resort Lot. Communication with the owners was great! All details for check-in and check-out were provided in advance through emails. There's also a very detailed handbook on the coffee table with all the information you could ask for like restaurants, resort info, check-out instructions, etc. There is a flight of stairs outside to the unit and also a spiral staircase inside to the Master Bedroom. The Master Bedroom doesn't have its own door and is open to the floor below. This wasn't a problem for our family. This is a great property to stay at for your visit to Maui!

Very comfortable

Great stay for 4 adults and 4 kids. Kids all stayed in bunk room which is such a rare find! The beach across the street isn't really a swimming beach but you only need to drive about 5 minutes to start getting to the good beaches and there are so many options within 15 minutes. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking all our meals. The knives could use a sharpening, but we probably only noticed because of the massive amounts of produce we were going through!

Family vacation

We had a great stay at Koa 5i. The condo had everything we needed. All the kids had their own bed, no need for sleeping on the couch or hide-a-bed, which made this a perfect location for us. The beach is a close walk and all the extra amenities (coolers, beach toys, chairs, umbrella) made it feel like home. Amazing Vacation Stay

We had a lovely stay it suited our family of 7 perfectly and location was superb. I loved that it was at the end of town so a bit quieter and not as much traffic. Lordes the manager was amazing we had a couple of issues( smoke alarm was chirping and one downstairs AC was not working) they responded immediately. The property is beautiful and well stocked with items needed for your stay. The grounds and pool are beautiful as well. We absolutely would love to stay here again when traveling with our family. Family Vacation

This was our first visit to Hawaii and also the first time using VRBO. The condo was just as described, modern and spacious for our family of seven. We utilized the full kitchen to cook some meals and enjoyed the outdoor seating on the balcony. Having a full size washer/dryer helped us to minimize bringing a lot of luggage. Also appreciated having beach gears (boogie boards, snorkel equipment, umbrellas and beach towels) We had a great time in Maui!!

This was a wonderful condo - thank you for having us! We stayed with 6 adults and two kids under 4, and we had lots of space. The pool and grounds were very well maintained and the location was lovely. Would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you to Sandy and Todd for hosting us!

Nice Kihei Condo

Very nice property within walking distance of the beaches. Condo was very clean and well furnished. I would definitely recommend.

Koa Resort

Our stay was wonderful in Maui. We enjoyed the condo and pool. The bbq area was not inviting and we didn’t like seeing the vehicles in the parking lot under tarps (it looks trashy)

Great place to stay with family

We are a family of 7 with kids ranging from 16 to 1.5 years old. There was plenty of room for us and the unit was clean, updated and centrally located to a number of different areas of the island that we had planned to visit.
