Very eclectic.Close to Benvenuto Restaurant & Banquet Facility where our event was.Owner on site and very responsive to questions.Brightline train comes through close to the house, but the hours for those trains are not crazy, even for this light sleeper.If you have kids, there’s plenty of games indoors and out for them.

This is a very unique home to say the least.Plenty of entertainment options as well.It is an upstairs unit which I missed, if it was listed. With mobility issues this is normally a no for us.Property needs TLC and a thorough cleaning, overall it satisfied our needs.

Overall it wasn’t a bad stay, but it wasn’t quite what we expected. The area was a little rough and like another reviewer stated, the house needs some serious TLC. For example, there are blue paint drips from the floor on the walls, none of the wall decor is level/straight, the trim pieces throughout the house are covered in grout, paint, or they aren’t even long enough to reach the corners, there’s dry wall that has been patched throughout the home but never painted to match, the bathroom doors in the bigger room were also never painted. It looks like they were just put up however they came primed from the store and now have dirty handprints on them. There’s water damage on the wall in the big bathroom. The sliding door to the bunk beds and bathroom are broken/not working how they should. There was a long hair wrapped around the hair dryer when I went to use it. The outdoor area would be nice if everything wasn’t rusted. We didn’t even open the hot tub or use anything out there because of that. The home wasn’t completely unclean and there are some cool features, but the way the home looks disheveled, unfinished, and just slapped together in some areas makes you question if they did the bigger stuff like wash the sheets.

Sorry that you were unimpressed with the house. Unfortunately we are given very little time between most stays especially because it is season during this time. We patch and paint to the best of our abilities. I’m disheartened to hear you thought the area was “rough.” We have never had a problem with any of our neighbors and it is a very quiet community most of the time.

The host interaction was inadequate for my stay. I couldn’t even stay there the first night because I thought it was paid already. I paid a third upfront and the two-thirds later. The host had my credit card info. About 7-8 days before the trip, I got a message while extremely busy that had info of the last pymt, I thought it was was paid. A week later I get off my flight in FLL and since the WiFi was not working, I saw a message from the host saying pay up now I’ll be going to bed soon but don’t get it until 11:30pm. He would not charge my cc he already had and admitted he charged other guests before but wouldn’t charge mine knowing I’ll be coming in from Texas and would be late. Why inconvenience guests that up until now, hosts seemed to always make it easier for guests not worse. I had to shop for a hotel room for over an hour and didn’t check into my hotel room until 2am for 300. This host has a whole lot to learn about attracting quality guests. There were no helpful hints, no garbage bags in the cans, dirty utensils in the drawer but we found plastic utensils. The towels and sheets didn’t smell fresh. I think using dryer sheets might help that. He did provide coffee. There were plenty of towels. The stay wasn’t too bad but a couple of reminders in the days just before the trip is a must if your not automatically going to take it on arrival day.

Long Term Stay

Comfy beds, very spacious and certainly unique. 22 steps up, nice showers, and bathrooms. We took our dog to the park (1 mile away) both in the morning and evening. The neighborhood is a little rough to walk the dog but the park was great. We had no safety incidents. The location is right off RT 1 and 2.5 miles to Boynton Beach. Privacy was respected. Parking in the driveway i(2 cars) in front of the house.

House is listed as Unique 2 bedroom. Unique indeed!!! It's a fun place for sure, no one in your family or friends will have a problem finding something to enjoy in the house or outside in the yard. Too many games to mention but when you first walk around the inside you will see a Pac-Man machine, how cool is that? It does have several other games on it as well. From board games to corn-hole to shooting pool on a very nice outside slate table and even ping pong. You can wait your turn by relaxing in the hot tub. Bedrooms are big with their own bathroom. To top it all off there is a very nice card table, poker etc, and take the top off and you can shoot some bunker pool. Randy, the host, was extremely responsive to all our questions and needs. I would recommend this place to a small family or a group of friends for sure!! I stayed with my roommate from college and we played golf all week. Perfect for us.

Cool Place Definitely Recommend

The guys met me at the beginning.. explained everything to me… they were very respectful, made me feel comfortable, really nice outside area…. Pool table was a win for me…. Neighborhood might seem lil ruff on approach but there cameras there… and neighbors all minded their business and was respectful…. No problems what so ever. Definitely a really nice hill area…. I used it for my birthday… and hung with some friends….
