Our cozy home is in a waterfront community offering entertainment just a short boat or bike ride away at Sam`s Beach Bar and Hudson Beach and so many more. Features 2 beds, 2 baths, and etched glass interior doors. The backyard has a west-facing view to enjoy those beautiful sunsets with your beverage of choice. Large stationary dock with covered pavilion. Enjoy fishing and BBQ from the backyard. It is not uncommon to see a dolphin or manatee swim which is always a treat to your stay!

Our property is a duplex with private entrance to your own side of the unit. Backyard is a shared space for both side of the property. This particular unit features 2 bedrooms with 2 king-size beds and a queen size pull out sofa bed, 2 full bathrooms and a large living room with open full kitchen. The 2 bedrooms share the same door entrance to front living room and back yard. Perfect for a family of 4 or 6. You are welcome to use our BBQ grill in the backyard. Walmart is only 5 mins away to get anything you need.

We won`t meet in person to exchange keys, but full instructions will be given the day before check-in.
We can chat via the Airbnb app or text messaging.

You can enjoy a lovely dinner at any of the waterfront dining choices including Hooters, Whiskey River, Whiskey Joes, many more. Sunwest Mines Park is only 10 minutes away and Weeki Wachee Springs, home of the mermaid show, is only a 30-minute ride north. Hudson is a coastal town North of Tampa along the Gulf Coast of Florida with recreational fishing, boating, golf, marinas, waterfront tiki bars/restaurants right on the Gulf of Mexico and a small public beach. Located just 1 hour from Tampa International Airport and 2 hours to Disney.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In the event of a cancellation, the credit card processing fee is non-refundable and will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.
Quiet hours start at 11pm
Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind in the unit or in the hotel. You will be charged a fee of $500 if the smoke smell is discovered.
Absolutely NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS in the unit. What constitutes to a party is anything over the amount of guest you booked in your reservation.
Loss of Parking Fob is $150
Loss of Laundry Key is $25

To ensure a secure and seamless guest experience, we require all guests to provide a valid ID and sign our rental agreement before receiving check-in information, such as the door lock code or key pick-up instructions. This policy helps us maintain the safety and security of our property.

Complimentary starter kit:
We provide a complimentary starter kit of essentials to help you settle in comfortably. Guests staying longer may need to replenish additional supplies on their own.

Cleaning Reminder:
For stays longer than 2 weeks, a mid-stay cleaning is required. The cost varies by unit size and helps keep your space fresh and comfortable throughout your stay.
If you choose to skip the mid-stay cleaning, please note that an extra cleaning fee may be added at checkout if the unit is not well-maintained.
