We offer a boutique hotel warehouse overnight stay experience in Downtown St Louis. If you are traveling with a large group, want a memorable experience, and want to stay together, LOOK NO FURTHER! Photographers, artists, musicians and creative minded travelers love our space! Absolute best downtown location, just a few blocks from all downtown activity! Sporting events, concerts, groups celebrating and convention goers are our specialty.

Book our entire warehouse for 35-80 people. Perfect for large group stays, parties, or events. Our entire warehouse can easily sleep up to 60 people with 3 kitchens and 5 1/2 bathrooms. Guests also have access to a large game room and lounge (with billiards, darts, foosball, 60 inch TVs).

Includes ample parking that is both free and secure (perfect for buses, RV's, and groups with multiple vehicles). Additional features include main floor lobby bar, free Wi-Fi, commercial keypad locks, and security cameras in all common area spaces.

We book 2 people per bed, just like a hotel. If you need special bed arrangements simply ask. Accommodations are appointed based on the size of your group and availability.

This is a unique and memorable overnight stay experience. Please note, our 3-story warehouse has stairs and no elevator. However, we do offer two 1st floor suites that are fully ADA accessible and sleep up to 10 each. Our facility is not ideal for children or elderly. If traveling with children, please contact us before booking. We do not accept reservations from groups or guests under the age of 26. For the safety and comfort of all guests, we do not allow unregistered visitors. Fees are based on the number of people and length of stay.

We offer Event Space for nearly every type of gathering. All event space rental requests must provide a detailed description of your plans that include:
1) The approximate total number of people attending your event?
2) Hours of event?
3) How many of the group will spend the night, if any?
4) Any special accommodations?
5) No confetti in or around the property.
