You will be completely relaxed in this cozy newly renovated home. It has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, screened pool and hot tub and sits on the canal. Has a desktop computer to do some work or enjoy the internet. You can fish from the canal or do some kayaking and paddle boarding is you`re adventurous. You are minutes from dining, golfing, shopping, boating and the beach!!!

You may contact me anytime if you need anything.

A quiet and safe neighborhood. Enjoy walks and seeing the canals. It is close to everything you need.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Bonita Springs! The house was exactly what we were looking for—clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The lanai and pool were our favorite spots, and we spent so much time enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. One of the highlights of our trip was spotting manatees right in the canal behind the house—it was such a peaceful and memorable experience to watch them glide by.The location was excellent, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, shopping, and great shelling on nearby Sanibel Island. It was the perfect home base for exploring the area while still being peaceful and quiet.Communication with the host was easy, and everything about our stay went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Bonita Springs area!

The property was as shown in the ad , very clean and neat inside and out. Location was in a quiet neighborhood but you were not far from all that the area has to offer. The house had all you need to enjoy your stay. Beds were comfortable , the kitchen island was perfect for hanging out , the A/C worked great and the furnishings provided us with lots of comfort when we returned after a long day. The pool and hot tub area were really great and included a perfect area to grill and enjoy dining outside beneath the covered patio. The additional patio down on the canal was perfect for relaxing with a drink and watching the different species of fish jump in and out of the water. The check in process was seamless ( we have not done VRBO very often ) so we were a bit concerned if things went awry but the hosts were very responsive and quick to answer any question(s) we had. I am certain i am leaving something out but we would recommend this rental to our friends and in fact looking to rebook for next year.

Perfect house for our family! Hosts communication is fantastic too. They called within a few minutes of me reaching out trying to figure something out. Location is amazing and peaceful. Close enough to restaurants and different beaches, but also tucked away to make it so peaceful. The pool is a dream and the canal behind it is beautiful. We had a 2 year old that could play next to me on the sun shelf while I soaked in some sun. If you like to tan, the pool gets sun the ENTIRE day. I always look for this on the listing/reviews. House is well stocked with towels, dishes, beach chairs/beach umbrella etc The shower is as amazing as it looks in the pics. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off to help avoid dragging any sand around. Living room is nice for night time movies and hanging out. Loved that it had a sectional, made it more homey for us to relax on. We are usually fighting for the comfy couch on vacation. Lastly, if you’re bringing young kids..the house is tastefully decorated. Just perfect to give vacation/coastal vibes but…kid proof enough that I wasn’t having to put pretty glass things up for the week so my toddler didn’t break it. They also have pack & plays and a high chair in spare room which also helped us pack lighter.

Enjoyed the pool

We had a great stay in Bonita Springs/Estero. House was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice for walking; neighbors were friendly. Very close to a lot of nice shopping and restaurants, but tucked away in a relaxing and private location. The pool and hot tub were the best!

We had a blast staying at this great house! The owners were great about communicating, and, they did a wonderful job remodeling the home. Having access to the canal and bay was great for boating and fishing! We will certainly stay here again when we are heading back to Southwest Florida...

Perfect get away!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It's tucked away in a quiet little subdivision with great neighbors. Very close to many bars and restaurants. The large TVs in each bedroom made it feel like home. Chadd was a wonderful owner who was on the spot to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again.
