You will be completely relaxed in this cozy newly renovated home. It has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, screened pool and hot tub and sits on the canal. Has a desktop computer to do some work or enjoy the internet. You can fish from the canal or do some kayaking and paddle boarding is you're adventurous. You are minutes from dining, golfing, shopping, boating and the beach!!!

Long weekend with the kids

We loved our stay here! The location is great on the channel, fun to hang out and my husband and son loves fishing. The pool area is fun and you’re just close enough to the beach.

Enjoyed the pool

We had a great stay in Bonita Springs/Estero. House was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice for walking; neighbors were friendly. Very close to a lot of nice shopping and restaurants, but tucked away in a relaxing and private location. The pool and hot tub were the best!

We had a blast staying at this great house! The owners were great about communicating, and, they did a wonderful job remodeling the home. Having access to the canal and bay was great for boating and fishing! We will certainly stay here again when we are heading back to Southwest Florida...

Perfect get away!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It's tucked away in a quiet little subdivision with great neighbors. Very close to many bars and restaurants. The large TVs in each bedroom made it feel like home. Chadd was a wonderful owner who was on the spot to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

This house is perfect for 2 couples! Great layout, great back yard. Minor issues that were corrected immediately. We brought our boat, was able to keep it behind the house in the canal. Perfect week!

Great stay! Close to restaurants. Nice pool.

I am very picky and this house was very clean, newly remodeled with a very comfortable bed. The pool was fantastic and well maintained. We would stay here again. My only tiny wish is that I wish there were hooks in the bathrooms to hang up towels. But we just tossed them over the shower doors.

If you are looking for a clean and quiet house then this one fits the bill. The property manager was extremely quick to respond to any questions and issues that we had during our stay. The beds are very comfy and the location is close to Coconut Point and all the shops and restaurants that it offers. That being said, you should know that the house is in a neighborhood that appears to have suffered a lot of damage from past hurricanes and therefore there are a lot of houses undergoing renovations and repairs. While the inside of the house is quiet, the outside was a bit noisy at times. This is, of course, not under the control of the property owner but does contribute to the overall enjoyment of the pool and hot tub. As I said, the house is very clean and comfortable.

Honest Review

My husband and I rented the property for the Memorial Day weekend, our daughter and son-in-law joined us. Our review is as follows: The check-in process was seamless, we received the code for entry the evening prior to arrival w/ contact info and check-in/check-out instructions. The hosts were available to quickly respond to questions. The bedding was clean (for the most part) and confortable - I liked the pillows but they had no protector and there appeared to be make up from a previous guest on one of the pillows - with today's germs and potential health risks, I would have hoped the pillows would have protectors for easy removal and washing. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and appeared to be safe. Our only concern was the land underneath the deck had eroted and the pavers were caving in making it unstable and unsafe. I only mension this in case potential renters are traveling with children. The last observation I have is that part of the check-out process is to run the dishwasher - however - you have to be a little creative because the buttons on the dishwasher are hidden by the countertop... but we managed to get it done. The highlight of our stay was that we got to watch manatees and dolphins swim in the back canal just outside the house each morning. We enjoyed the pool and the house was not far from the beach and my daughter and her husband spent the weekend fishing from the deck. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.
