The rental time for this unit is week-to-week, and check-in can be on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday.

The maximum capacity for a 3-bedroom is ten (10), of which up to eight (8) may be adults. The resort counts an "adult" as 12 years and older but does not count an "infant" (less than 3 years old ) in their maximum capacity limitation.
