We had an amazing time celebrating my husband's 50th birthday! We rented both houses and they were perfect for our group of 20. Anna was an amazing communicator and answered any and every question promptly. The house was stocked with all we needed to cook along with plenty of serving pieces and dishes for us to have a chef come to the house as well! Extra refrigerator was a great help. The layout of the house was great for couples with each bedroom having their own bathroom. The large living area and kitchen was spacious and our group of 20 could easily gather at one house! The pools were amazing and we loved the access to the water and ability to dock our boats at the house. Highly recommend this property! You will not be disappointed. Thank you Villa Exuma for the memories!

Private paradise

We absolutely loved our week at Villa Exuma! Anna and Luke were really great, helping us coordinate other services and just overall being very responsive to our needs. This was a family vacation for 14 of us and the two side by side homes could have not been more perfect for our needs. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay!

Amazing Stay at Villa Exuma

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Exuma! We hosted a large group of college students who enjoyed the pool, private beach, kayak, and paddle boarding. It was so nice to have two full living room and kitchens for times when the large group was on different schedules. The houses are both so comfortable, clean and well stocked for a crowd. Would rent again in a heartbeat! We also loved our dinner with Shariqua and boat tour with Theo’s boat company - though he was not our driver.

Dream Wedding Venue

We hosted our wedding and a week of vacation for a group of 18 at Villa Exuma. We couldn't have picked a better place. It was magical! The heated pools, beach access, and well-equipped kitchens were a huge hit with our guests. Everyone was very comfortable with a large room and bathroom per couple. And the caretakers were very helpful and quick to address any questions or needs. Thank you so much for being a part of our big day and unforgettable family vacation!

Group trip

We rented both villas for a total of 18 people. The villas are well equipped and have most of what you’ll need. Communication with the property manager was easy and any concerns always answered quickly. Location is somewhat remote but still close enough to Georgetown. Blu resturant is one of the best on the island and 5-10 mins away. Tropic of Cancer.and Santanas bar is 20-30 mins. The water behind the house was always calm. We rented jet skis 2 days and it was amazing. Plenty to do at the house. Will need to rent a car. 10/10 rating

Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation und Lage
This property has serious issues. First and most important are the serious plumbing issues. Most of the the bathrooms have problems with the water pressure. Some to to point that they are not functioning properly. The maintenance man literally shut down one of the bedrooms we were using because of the problems with the bathroom. We had to move the guest out to share a bedroom with another guest. Three of the bathrooms did not have enough pressure to wash the soap out of your hair. When we complained the butlers said they had been reporting the issues to the owners but getting no results. The only had one of the swimming pools with the heat turned on. The outdoor lights for the only table that would hold our entire group did not work. We were told it would take two weeks to fix it, only a call to VRBO got the needed repairs. Both of the freezers in one house had big holes in the bottom of the refrigerators so the butlers kept towels on the floors 24/7 to keep us from slipping and falling from the melting ice.

Villa Exuma was perfect for our large group. Anna was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Adrian, our butler was amazing. The house was perfect for grabbing jet skis and exploring all around. Moriah Cay national park is just next door, and has the most beautiful water you've ever seen. We had large starfish and sea turtles hanging out near the dock. We had a perfect week. Highly recommend. My only suggestion is a few more towels and washcloths. Everything else was taken care of. Fully stocked house otherwise. All the kitchen appliances, all the beach toys, floats, kayaks, paddles boards. All the things! Great house! Great people! We love Exuma!

It sounds like you truly made the most of everything Exuma has to offer, from exploring by jet ski to visiting the stunning waters of Moriah Cay. And how special to have sea turtles and starfish right by the dock! We also really appreciate your helpful suggestion about adding more towels and washcloths. Feedback like this helps us keep improving, and we’ll be sure to take care of that. Thank you again for staying with us and for the strong recommendation. Incredible Experience-First Class 5 Stars!!!!!

My family stayed at the Villa Exuma. It was a gorgeous property but what stole the show was their team. Anna and her amazing team was their to support our every need. Tj was the best butler we have ever had. If you book this property Tj is a must. Dena and her excellent chefs spoiled us all week long with incredible meals. Our infant son got sick and the Villa Exuma team went above and beyond and has a local doctor come treat him. The level of care and concern for all of us during our stay was something we have never experienced. This is the spot to stay if you visit. We were truly blown away!

** Perfect Stay at Villa Exuma!**

Our stay at Villa Exuma was absolutely incredible! The location was perfect — peaceful, private, and right on the beach. It truly felt like we had the place to ourselves, whether we were relaxing by the pool or enjoying the ocean just steps away. The homes were spotless and extremely well-maintained. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with anything you might need. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fresh and cozy, and the attention to detail throughout the house made it feel like a luxury retreat. We loved having access to kayaks, paddle boards, and snorkeling gear — it made exploring the water so much fun! The host, Anna, was amazing — super responsive, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We also had butlers for three days of our stay, and they were fantastic. Honestly, we wish we had them the entire week!Villa Exuma exceeded our expectations in every way. We’re so grateful for the experience and can’t wait to come back. Highly, highly recommend!

Honestly can’t say enough great things about this property. Rented both houses for 16 people over the 4th of July. The property managers were great and answered any questions we had quickly, getting us anything we needed (water etc.). The houses were clean and the decor was beautiful. The location is secluded and exactly what we were looking for. We brought floaties, mask/snorkles, games (spike ball and bags) but didn't need them. There was so much stuff left by previous renters that were didn't need our own. We left the house twice, once for a boat tour with Exuma Water Sports and once had Theo pick us up at the house and take us to a sand bar and Chat n Chill. I highly recommend both trips. We used the kayaks (don’t miss the Lazy River) and spent lots of time in the pool and floating in the ocean. This property was paradise and we can’t wait to come back.

Thank you so much for your incredible review! We’re beyond happy to hear that both houses worked out perfectly for your group and that you had such a memorable 4th of July in Exuma. It means a lot to know our property managers were able to take great care of you and make everything easy during your stay. We’re also glad you enjoyed the decor, cleanliness, and especially the privacy and seclusion — that’s exactly the experience we hope to create. Sounds like you truly embraced island life! Between the boat tour, sand bar trip, Chat ’N’ Chill, kayaking the Lazy River, and all that pool and ocean time, you really did Exuma right. And we love that the house was so well stocked that you didn’t even need to unpack your own gear — that’s always the goal. Thank you as well for the great local recommendations — future guests will appreciate those tips just as much as we do. We’re so grateful you chose to stay with us, and we absolutely can’t wait to welcome you back to paradise! 🌴
