Spalling repairs on the Ocean/Marina-facing side are nearing completion. However, there may still be intermittent noise during work hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
*Balcony doors are currently locked and not accessible during this phase of the project. We truly appreciate your continued patience and understanding as this portion of the work wraps up. The overall building spalling project remains on schedule for completion by Summer 2026. Thank you for your understanding.

Pros-Great VIEW & location! Very clean! Beach chairs and snorkel gear to use. Cons-The lanai door locked due to maintenanceno opening windows or lanai door, HUGE disappointment! No salt pepper oil etc for cooking.

We do want to note that the lanai maintenance and building updates are disclosed in our property description, and we always encourage guests to review those details before booking so there are no surprises. Great location between Waikiki Beach and Ala Moana areas! Even though it was raining the majority of our visit - we were still able to enjoy the beautiful view of the harbor every day. We enjoyed our extended stay and really felt comfortable, safe and we look forward to going back again soon!

The host was excellent. Great communications, and everything was as described. I gave it four stars because of the hallways leading to the condo. There is a noticeable musty smell. This has nothing to do with the condo, but it is a poor first impression of the building. The location is good, easy walking to the beaches, restaurants and shops. The condo is old, but nicely refurbished. Not fancy, but comfortable. The view of the harbor and ocean is great. Really nice to wake up to. Another plus was having a car rental company right in the building. Island Rental had a Mustang convertible for 99/day. We’d definitely stay here again.

When we got here, things were fine except they were very few glasses cups and utensils and kitchen towels. They did get those items to us, but the worst part was they explained that they would be minor maintenance and they didn’t explain that they were going to close off the lanai for our last whole week. Be careful and verify if the lanai will be closed off, we did not enjoy that part of our stay the seating arrangement chairs need to be updated. One or two of them are broken. The main chair in the living area has no cushion support. You can’t even use it. Overall, we loved the view and the fireworks. It was just sad that we weren’t able to use the on the lanai.

Excellent location and view

Very clean little condo with an excellent view of Ilikai Marina and the ocean. Walking distance to beaches and shops, food and coffee. Wish we could have planned a longer trip. Highly recommend. Plan to pay for parking.

Exceeded our expectations

We enjoyed our stay more than we thought we would. It was quieter than we thought it would be, being so close to bustling Waikiki. This condo faces the ocean and harbor which we loved, but it also reduced the noise. We loved watching the sunsets, the boats coming and going, the fireworks, and being able to walk everywhere! The building is older, but i think it helped reduce the noise. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo is just like pictured. It was very clean and the property management was very responsive to a couple of items. I would rent this unit again.

Exactly as pictured. Check in & out was simple. Balcony has an amazing view. Only thing we struggled with was keeping the wifi connection on the TV, but other than that it was great

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed 5 nights at this rental and it’s exactly as described in the description- great location, clean, well-stocked and easy to access. Views are great and it’s super convenient to Waikiki, Ala Moana Park/Beach and shops. If you have a car, parking is super easy for $1 an hour at the Marina/ beach or in the garage in the building. As a solo traveler I felt safe here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been staying at the Ilikai Marina every December for the last 30 years and am very happy with the location. I am very dissatisfied with the parking situation that they don't offer discounted parking rate for long term renters (monthly rate) Also we found the couch in front of TV very uncomfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Met our expectations. Great views, location, and beach access. Considering its location, it was delightfully quiet at night. That’s not usually the case in the city. Fireworks off the balcony on Friday. Kick back and enjoy.

Fabulous view in well equipped space

Great location with fabulous view over marina. We were working on a boat in marina so this was perfect for us. The kitchen is well equipped. There are beach chairs, towels and soft cooler.. The unit is updated EXCEPT for the old squeaky spring style bed. We told the managers that it must be replaced. Everything else was awesome so I hope the owners upgrade the bed. Easy keypad access, good laundry available with app pmt. we had a very nice stay. Thank you

Condo with a great view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from the condo was beautiful. It is a perfect location away from all the busyness of downtown Waikiki. We enjoyed staying here but a few things need to be addressed. The balcony was filthy from grime, the blinds leading out to the balcony were broken and we had to put a sheet over the couch because it was dirty. Also, the description stated beach chairs were included, this was not the case, they were full size fold up chairs. Overall, we loved staying here and would stay here again.
