Nestled in this unique haven on the Central Coast, an air of romance weaves through the vineyards, nurturing the growth of the most exquisite grapes known to The Golden State. As the golden rays of the sun gently embrace Paso Robles on chilly mornings, a tender caress of coastal fog dances upon its vineyards, whispered from the neighboring ocean to the west. With the passing hours, the sun's warmth spills over the enchanting landscape, a passionate embrace from the San Joaquin Valley to the east.

After spending the majority of my life helping other people beautify and build on their properties, owner Scott Santellan sought out a change of pace and acquired what is now Santellan Vineyards.
With a solid foundation in construction and farming in the Central San Joaquin Valley, Scott knew that this vineyard was special. His vision is to carry on the legacy of Fling Trayler and his family who originally developed the property. After closing on the property in December of 2020, Scott with the help of friends and family rolled up their sleeves and began to restore this expansive estate.
Our goal is to welcome all those who enjoy delicious wines and provide a memorable experience whether it's at our rear patio or an overnight stay at our 4 bedroom Airbnb.
Every detail and renovation has been done to beautify and expand on Fling Trayler’s vision for a successful winery. As Fling would say, “ To do it right, everything takes time.”
