The upstairs shower drains very slow and one of the upstairs shower heads is dripping water. We had a great time but you do seem to have a roach problem! My wife almost left but other than that everything went well!

This was a surprise! I wasn’t expecting the space to be so large. They are older condos but seem to be well maintained on the inside. Very clean comfortable, and very spacious! They are located next to a Trader Joe’s, Target, and Boomer’s. Easy walking. The condos are centrally located to downtown via a car, we really loved the location!!! We will be coming back to stay!!

This is a very well appointed and clean place. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable. Overall a very spacious living space. The property was very quiet. The parking is secure. We would certainly stay here again.

I am sure the pool is clean(we took a dip), but it could use a paint job. I’m sure that is what made it look dirty. Everything else was great. AC was very efficient. The showers were awesome. Beds were cozy. We got charged for our dog which I thought I put on the application. No big deal but we weren’t trying to scam them out of their money. We would come back.

A hidden gem!

Attractive facility tucked away inconspicuously on a mixed residential/commercial street. Fabulously spacious units that include two master bedrooms and two master baths. Very nice pool area with jacuzzi and public grill. A quiet and serene setting.

Convenient and quiet location

We enjoyed our stay with a nice pool area. The Trader Joe's, Target and Starbucks are all a few minutes walk away. There is also a miniature golf, batting cage and go-karts across the street. The kitchen is well stocked. There was a problem with one of the sinks in the upstairs bathroom when we arrived but Will fixed it immediately. We would stay here again.

Convenient Property

Large unit, in a convenient location (with Trader Joe’s a walk away). Upstairs bedroom has no door - but works fine for friends/family. Would return again!

Relaxing Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The unit is a bit dated but makes up for that with generous square footage. Everything we needed was there and we had the pool all to ourselves. My only complaint would be that we weren’t able to use either of the decks as they had a thick layer of dust everywhere. I know why after I watched the groundskeeper go through with his blower! It created a cyclone of dust and leaves and was worse after he left. I still think we got great value for our expenditure and garage parking is a total perk. Linda is lovely! Location can’t be beat!

119 degrees in Cathedral City ....ugh...the AC was great here!

Lisa was very helpful and responsive. When we arrived, the friends we were visiting had a medical situation, so I called Lisa to ask for an early check-in and she agreed immediately. She also let me know we could stay til noon on Sunday which was great. I chose the downstairs bedroom, before realizing that the bedroom and the bathroom are one large room. The bed and TV and chair are on one end of the room, on the other end is the ginormous shower with two shower heads. There is a toilet and there is a door for the toilet room. There were also three crickets, two dead in the toilet room, one very alive in the shower with me that night. The bedroom upstairs had a door between it and the bathroom, but there is no door into the bedroom, very little privacy if, for example, two couples were there for a romantic getaway. You would have to be very good friends :-) We also chose this condo for the pool. It was 119 degrees all three days, nothing to be done about that. We looked forward to night swims. By day the water was hot! There are crickets everywhere on the property, including the pool, and at night with the pool light on there were just too many floaty things for us to get in. Adding mesh to the metal handles so guests don't burn their hands touching the metal around the pool...also an easy fix. Lastly, it seems that this whole complex of 10 condos are rentals, and that my friend and I were the only people there!

Great stay and great place.

Can’t say enough about the condo, the location and the hospitality. Top notch. We will be back in the Spring. Trader Joe’s 2min away and the pool 2 seconds away. Loves it!!!
