Launch the provided kayaks and paddleboard onto the water for fun days on the lake.

Or enjoy all the outdoor space at home with a wraparound deck, front porch, and large fenced yard. Play tether ball, cornhole, or oversized, wooden Connect Four! Kick back on the front porch with a tasty drink, and gather around the cozy firepit on crisp nights. A grill and alfresco dining set the scene for cookouts at home.

You’ll also find a well-equipped kitchen inside, outfitted with a full suite of appliances and handy gadgets. Beautifully refinished wood floors create a warm, welcoming vibe. Unwind into vacation mode - you’re on lake time!

Pleasant Landing at Lake Anna is just five miles away with boat launches, a sandy beach, and lots of terrific lake activities to enjoy with your family and friends. You're going to love touring the many different wineries and breweries that surround the property such as Lake Anna Winery (15 miles), Coyote Hole Ciderworks (10 miles), Lake Anna Taphouse (11 miles), and Cooling Pond Brewery (12 miles). Lake Anna State Park is less than 20 miles north and features hiking trails that you're going to love. Boardwalk Mini Golf is 15 miles north with family-friendly fun for everyone. There is also a grocery store and shopping center 10 miles from the home.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The fireplaces are not operational.
Guests will have access to the neighborhood's boat launch.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
