Visit the community beach area, soak up some sun on the private dock, then come home to rinse off in the outdoor shower before grilling up dinner on the spacious deck. When looking to explore, you’ll find plenty of hiking and state parks (pass included) in the area, as well as High Point Marina, Orange Troller, Chateau Merrillanne, and Fawn Lake Country Club all within 20 miles.

Inside, the relaxing vibes continue with cozy, beautifully designed living areas hosting a large smart TV, plush sofas, a formal dining room, and charming lake-themed decor. During blissful downtime, hang out on the lower level while playing Ping-Pong, Pop-A-Shot, Playstation, and board games. There’s even a fitness area for those hoping to sneak in a quick workout! Dock details: Guests will be able to tie up their boats to the cleats, please do not use the owners boat slips.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
