Summary:

Room for the whole crew in North Asheville. 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and beds for 16, a basement game room with pool table and foosball, and a fenced backyard with a private hot tub, fire pit and gas grill. Pets are welcome. Downtown, the Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway are all a short drive. Self check-in, free parking, and a dedicated workspace for anyone who has to log on.



The Space:

3,600 sq ft spread over four levels, so everyone has room to spread out.



Main level: Bright living room, fully stocked kitchen with a dual coffee maker, dining room that seats the group, laundry room and half bath.



Upstairs: Primary king suite with its own full bath and a workspace tucked into the walk-in closet, a second king room, a queen room, and a hall bath.



Lower level: King room, bunk room with two sets of bunk beds (kids love it), queen room, and a hall bath.



Basement game room: Pool table, foosball, TV and a queen sleeper sofa.



Outside: Fully fenced backyard with a private hot tub, fire pit and propane grill. Good for the dog, good for the kids, good for late nights under the stars.



Beds: 3 kings, 2 queens, 2 sets of bunks, 1 queen sleeper sofa.



Guest Access:

The whole house is yours except one owner's closet in the basement. Smart lock self check-in and free parking on site.



The Neighborhood:

Neighbors are spaced out but we still need to respect the quiet hours between 10pm-8am



Getting Around:

Vehicle is needed. Uber and Lyft are available. I can also share the info for a local lady who drives around town and leaves her business cards at some of our rentals.



Other Things to Note:

Rental agreement and ID: Local rules require a signed rental agreement and ID check. We handle it through Happy Guest, a simple secure website with no app and no account needed. It also gives you a guest guide with the house info and our favorite local spots.

Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am. The neighbors are spread out, but sound carries.

Cameras: Exterior security cameras only, none inside.



Interaction with Guests:
